Absolutely horrible experience. I called ahead to ask how much a gel manicure and pedicure would cost, and she told me $60. But while she was doing my nails, she suddenly added extra charges without telling me beforehand. When I calmly asked why, she became incredibly rude and started arguing with me in the middle of the salon. Her attitude was disgusting — she was aggressive, unprofessional, and acted like she was doing me a favor by even speaking to me. It felt like she was looking for a fight. I’ve never been treated so badly as a paying customer. She clearly has no idea how to speak to people, let alone provide decent service. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I would never go back, and I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this place.

Dip powder. A friend recommended this place and will not go back . You get what u paid for is true . Nails done on Monday went back Tuesday for a new set because of the broken nails and they looked horrible all they did was put more dip on top they look so thick . Not happy at all . If the client who is paying asks to take off the old set because it was done wrong . Why not listen. I have very bad OCD when it comes to my nails .I will not be coming back . Thanks

I've been coming here for years. Jenny does my nails and she is amazing! I do nail dip now, but used to have acrylic. Their prices are great!! Cathy is good along with Monica and Lisa. My mom goes here too. The new pedicure chairs are amazing! Your back is massaged as you are getting a pedicure. They take their time and don't rush. They are nice, friendly and that's important to me because it's relaxing.

This place is horrible. I asked for white chrome and she kept giving my silver. I asked multiple times if they could do the white and they just kept telling me they couldn't. Not only that but half of my nails are barely painted on the sides. I could've done better myself. don't not come here. Save your money. You're better off buying a gel machine yourself. Not friendly staff

Poor job on my cuticles , rushed , and was watching tick tok . You can see the poor cuticle job because when she painted over it appears to be on my skin :( just got them done and left pissed

Zoom in to get the full effect. I’m still sitting here drying and they think this looks professional and this was the second attempt at trying to get it right. I feel bad because they seemed nice until I wanted a redo and they started talking in a different language. I hate complaining but I have too big events coming up and I want to look good. Am I asking for too much for asking for what I am paying for, which isn’t cheap?Services: Manicure

I used to go here all the time. I needed a specific color. They were insistent the color they gave me was the right color. Told them no. Still tried to give me the wrong color so I walked out. Not going to pay $70 plus tip for a color that THEY want.

Walking into Attractive nails was clean and was seen right away for my pedicure. I was not happy that they do not disinfect there tools when doing pedicures and manicures. I noticed that they use the same ones on another customer that came in as my nails were drying. Why I gave a two star rating is because I noticed that the employees that work on a customer walk away and answer there cell phones letting the customer hanging and waiting til there call is finished. I will not go back to Attractive Nails knowing that there do not sterilize there tools. It is not sanitary.

I got a dip manicure. The place is very dirty I have never been to a nail salon this unsanitary. The women doing my nails was coughing in front of me with her mouth open. She took my dip off by ripping off my nails breaking them all. I asked her is she had a color by showing a picture she told me to go find it myself. I had been growing my nails out and told her to keep the length twice she filed them down to sharp points. I will never go here again this is the worst nail salon I have been to. I left disappointed don’t like the manicure one bit!Service: Manicures
