The entire process was seamless Ali was always available to answer all of my questions and uploaded all of my documents for my signature. Mike stepped in when Ali was not around for a few days. The Velar was delivered as promised and I am enjoying it.

Found the car in MA and I live in NC. They did a video conference with me and went through everything on the car. I bought the car and they had it shipped and there were no surprises when it delivered. I thought the delivery service they used was on the slow side, but that had nothing to do with Auto House USA.
When I need another vehicle I will look there first. Good job by Ali and his staff.

My experience with Auto House was near perfect. I went there just to look and met Mike the owner. I said to him after looking around his inventory I probably couldn’t afford one of the vehicles on the lot. He asked me what I was looking to spend. I gave him a number, he turned and pointed to a car in the price range. I then took it for a test drive with my wife. We both said this is the car we want.
Super clean, low mileage, minimal scratches. The car was 11 years old, but was in fantastic shape.
They went through the car and replaced brakes tires and anything else it needed to be a perfectly safe vehicle. I’d recommend to anyone looking for a very nice used vehicle to visit Auto House on route 1 Saugus Ma.
