Let me start by saying that I understand the tellers cannot do much to help when a card is stuck in an ATM. But for the doors to be locked 15 minutes before closing time, and for not a single one of the 5 employees inside to get up to even assist on the correct actions to take is rude and unprofessional. Other customers were also trying to get in the actual bank before closing and they all slid right out the side door early in front of everyone's eyes without a single acknowledgement. Once I got through to someone on the phone who was very helpful, she noted the ATM has been down for days and other cards are actually in there as well. Not a sign in sight about it being out of service....worst customer service I have ever come across at a Bank of America. 0/5 if I could.

Bank of America is horrible, I just walked up to the door cuz I'm looking at my phone and it hit for and they lock the door right in front of me, is that any type of customer service, not only that but anytime you're in there is 15 to 20 people in line and I really can't understand why but this to Telethon and usually one of those colors is helping one of the managers process something, this is one of those cases where they're too big to fail and they're also too big to care

I got scammed by a seller on offerup, Bank of America refunded my money no problem. Customer service is a 10/10. Not just this location but the company in general.

Bank of America is committing fraud. Bank of America obviously is committing fraud and deceiving the government on monies given the tellers are quite unaware that they are stealing money from the public. I was charged eight dollars to cash a large check I wanted to make sure I received the money so I did not deposit in my bank I went to Bank of America since that's where it was drawn and they charged me eight dollars to cash the check because I did not want to open an account at Bank of America. I just want everyone to understand it is not the eight dollar charge that bothers me the pot that does bother me is they will not give you a receipt or anything that says they received eight dollars from you a bank fee is tax-deductible and the eight dollars is excepted as a deduction on your taxes it should be a receipt available so eight dollars went into this bank and there is no paper trail that I can prove that Bank of America received eight dollars from me. Yes this is like a rant but I believe Bank of America or is heading towards the socialist system not giving the public proof of transactions on money this is 100% fraud in my eyes I do not trust them I would stay away from Bank of America. I will look up an email address for corporate Bank of America also for the banking commission to see if this is legal once again stay away from Bank of America. I believe Bank of America is defrauding do United States public. I would like to point out that the clerks were very polite but also the young woman that helped me was beside herself when I asked for a receipt from my eight dollars I have never been in a bank that wouldn't give you a receipt or a print out of some sort for the money transaction that happened inside the bank where did my eight dollars go?? Yes this is a bit of a rant because Bank of America took eight dollars from me and I assume another million people this year so they're making millions of dollars under the table. Bank of America deserves a -10 styes for not giving a receipt for a money transaction the woman wouldn't even give me a hand written one this is totally unacceptable. A total of zero styes is given one star is checked off because that's the lowest I can go on this rating Bank of America is committing fraud.
