I’ve been getting great friendly service from this business for decades! Always friendly and professional… I had moved away so hadn’t been Flores a while but I just stopped by on the way home and was so happy to see that nothing has changed, except of course upgraded equipment. Clean water = no spots!!

editing for the owner response *. Thank you for your response, and for taking the time to explain your policy. I understand that safety is a top priority, and I acknowledge the need for rules that protect both customers and staff.
My complaint, however, was not about the rule itself, but about the way I was treated when I explained my medical condition. The employee's words—that he didn't care about my situation—were dismissive and humiliating. After being a loyal customer for so long, that was incredibly disappointing.
My hope in writing the review was to bring this lack of empathy to your attention, not to debate the safety policy. I believe your staff should be trained to handle sensitive situations with compassion, even when a rule cannot be bent.
I appreciate your concern for my medical condition, and I understand why the automatic wash is not a good option for me. Perhaps in the future, your staff could be prepared to offer an alternative, such as directing customers to a self-service bay, in situations like this.

Regular service did the job. Bristles were not used, was surprised by that. Blow dry left the windows and side mirrors wet.

Terrific tunnel wash and wax!
I have been coming here for several years, and have never been disappointed. The facility is always clean and the equipment well maintained and up to date. Even the air dryers actually work, so you don't have to manually towel the car to prevent water spots!
I was just here to clear off winter salt and tree pollen. It cost $25.00 for 'The Works' tunnel wash & wax including Simoniz ceramic sealing for results nearly as good as a $200 exterior detailing!
