If you need an iPhone repair, avoid this place at all costs. I brought my phone in for a diagnosis, likely just a screen issue, but when I picked it up it was completely dead. They refused to take any responsibility for the damage.Would give 0 stars if I could.

I ordered two 12V, 9AH sealed lead-acid batteries online yesterday and they were at the counter with all of the paperwork when I got to the Rte.1South store in Saugus. The counter guys were really helpful, and they know their jobs well. I'm very satisfied with the whole transaction!

Gentleman in the store today after 5PM was very helpful. Complete professional. Installed my battery with intentionality. Was kind to all the customers coming and going, able to multi-task. I was impressed with his wherewithal. He should be commended.

I was in Batteries Plus for the first time this weekend to get my son's car faub battery. John was SO awesome. Took the faub and went out back and change it for me without an additional charge. And, honestly? I don't think we would know how to do it. John was so helpful and so nice. As he was replacing the battery, I walked around the store and couldn't believe the wide variety of batteries. Store was so organized too. I highly recommend Batteries Plus for any battery purchases.

Awesome experience getting a new battery for my motorcycle. I found the battery online just before closing on Friday and it was ready soon after opening on Saturday morning. Very quick and easy pickup and the customer service was better than most I've experienced lately ?

Great selection particularly because I needed a battery for a tractor that no one else carried in stock, the sales staff was knowledgeable and friendly very helpful I will definitely be going back for all my battery needs.
