“Curt/Kurt, don’t know how to spell his name, was great and helped me out today. I have been going here for years, I always drive old used cars and sometimes need a battery. I swap my old one and they give me a “Econo” refurbished one. They come with a warranty and have always given me no issues. You cannot beat it for the price. 10 years ago they were around $40 and now it’s around $60, still cant beat that deal. 5* always kind people working too”
“You will not find a better, more fairly priced, more efficient place to get your batteries tested and replaced. This guy is honest, hard working, and incredibly nice. You will leave there feeling good about giving him business rather than big chain places who only care about money over quality. Could not recommend Royal Battery enough.”

“I had called earlier this morning and spoke with Angel about a battery for my vehicle and not only did he check to see if they had the batteries in stock but he also gave some great advice about checking the starter alternator and they do that free of charge. Had I known that before paying a certain dealership to check for those things at a cost I could have saved. So next time, I’m calling AutoZone first before I call anyone else. They also offer warranties on the batteries which I took advantage of previously And they did a great job. As I got to the store, I met with Dylan who was very nice and helped me with my battery checked To make sure I have the right one because there were several batteries to choose from. Dylan and Angel both came to assist me to get my battery installed and then also checked my starter and alternator to make sure everything looked good. The service that I was given, not only on the phone, but in person was amazing and I will definitely be back to this location! Thank you to all of those who helped me today you helped my day!”

“Boots on the phone and in the store if they were extremely helpful in helping me find belt for my 1993 geo tracker. One young lady even went so far as to go on the internet and look for the exact length, and then find alternative belts that they might carry.

“I ordered two 12V, 9AH sealed lead-acid batteries online yesterday and they were at the counter with all of the paperwork when I got to the Rte.1South store in Saugus. The counter guys were really helpful, and they know their jobs well. I'm very satisfied with the whole transaction!”
