Do not go to this place! The lady completely destroyed my nails by filing them damn near to the bone. Then when I asked to speak with the manager to see about getting tips to correct the mistake of the nail tech and they tried to charge me full price for the correction. Do not waste your time or energy going here! They are unprofessional and you’ll leave with a virus! If I could give negative stars I would!

I’ve been going to Bella Nails & Spa for almost a year and Julie does my pedicure and fill in. She does an amazing job. My nails and toes look beautiful. I’m always getting compliments and I tell people go to Bella Nails & Spa.
Requested style: I requested French manicure and Julie did an amazing job.
Cleanliness: Bella Nails &Spa is very clean and friendly atmosphere. I enjoy getting my pedicure and nails done.
Stylist: Julie is my stylist and she does amazing work.

I needed a pedicure and i decided to go to the salon where i used to live, i sat down and informed the nail tech that i have in grown nails and im nervous when it comes to pedicures, she said ok. She proceeded to cut and file my nails and then she grabbed the cuticle cutters and the first dive into my toe she cut a huge part of my healthy skin, i gasped and tears stared to come down my eyes, i could not believe what she just did, i told her to stop and removed myself from the chair, i started to cry and went to the restroom to collect myself but i coild not calm down because i was so upset why it happend, it already took me a while to finally make it to the salon and i had warned her to be gentil and she hurt me! I came out of the restroom she had a bandaid ready for me, she clearly saw that i was not going to sit back down, i sat in a chair because the thought of blood and skin being cut of made me feel faint! I asked for the manager and she came and didnt say anything, i got up and walked out! I am never ever ever going back to this place and she has ruined my entired pedicure experiance as now i am afraid to let anyone give me a pedicure! Bella nails and spa i am very dissapointed and you lost a customer

I was so disappointed last time I went...about 1 year ago...I'm so mad I decided to give it another try. I went in wanting a French mani in the dip. I went somewhere else before this for the same thing. That was my first time trying the dip. I loved it so this time I wanted black tips. My technician started putting a clear dip which I wanted but didn't dip it in black. She didn't understand so she called over an interpreter. I told her what I wanted and said that would be ugly and said the tech was going to do gel over the one layer of dip. I figured she didn't know how to do it so I agreed cause she wouldn't do what I wanted so what was I to do. I was right in the middle if it so I figured I'd just go back to the last place. Black doesn't even cover my real nail. It's a very thin line. Mind you this is for a wedding. So I go up and pay thinking I got gel so I would be paying fir gel. NOPE!!! THEY CHARGED ME 60!!! The price of dip! The dip lasts so much long than gel. From what I read...people's gel have been peeling off. I got 2 layers of gel so it's basically a gel mani! I'm so pissed they charged me for a dip! PLEASE PEOPLE...DON'T GO HERE AND SAVE YOUR MONEY! I WISHED I READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE HAND! THEY DON'T HAVE A LOW RATING FOR NOTHING! HERE'S HOPING MY MANI LAST TILL TOMORROW'S WEDDING!

I’ve been to Bella nails before for a gel manicure and it was good, but I just got a pedicure and I was not impressed. The pedicure lasted about 15 minutes and was the bare minimum. I had made the appointment days in advance, so it wasn’t like I just walked in. I thought I found my new nail salon but after today I’m not sure if I’ll go back.

They are good. The prices are better than other places. But I had a bad hang nail on my toe and the person doing it left me toe swollen and cut up. Not really their fault I don't know but it took a week to heal. Some are better than others but I will continue to go back.

Really clean place and very relaxing, but there is so many nail techs there, you really have to go through a few of them to see wich one you like, till then your just wasting your money on the nail techs who don't care about their jobs

First time here today with a friend - staff was friendly and we were in and out pretty quickly ! super efficient and love my new holiday nails ! ( my friend got metallic gold and equally as cute - didn’t get a pic ) Thank you ladies ! !! ?? we will be back ! The koi pond was pretty cool too !
