THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AT A NAIL SHOP. I GOT UP AND WALKED OUT. THE MAN HAD AN ATTITUDE THE WHOLE TIME. I told this man do not use nail clippers on my nails. My skin is growing out and close to the top of the nail bed. He used the nail clipper anyway. He said “I have to use the nail clipper”. I said NO. And he did it anyway. Disgusting . He kept filing down on my skin underneath the nail. This man violated me several times after I told him STOP FILING THAT NAIL. He kept talking back saying I have to. Another woman comes and says are you sure you’re not gonna come back and complain after? I TOLD HER 20 times I HAVE SKIN CLOSE UNDERNEATH THE NAIL. Okay so you don’t want us to file? NO i don’t want you to FILE into my skin. They treat you like you are a BOTHER by standing up for yourself. They always make it seem like it’s the customers with the bad attitude and are difficult but they treat you like CRAP. Why would this man be shaking his head and being frustrated with me because I don’t want my skin filed into? Or I’m telling him don’t worry about shape. My nails are very very short. WOW . Do NOT SPEND A DOLLAR HERE. I will be reporting them.

This place used to be great but after the owner opened up the place across the street, they really failed to upkeep the service up at this location. A lot of the workers and front desk people are very rude. They make false appointments over the phone and then claimed they didn’t hear the persons name and there is no sense of customer service. I’ve been a loyal customer and good tipper, for years, but I’m currently looking for a new location to get my services done. Very sad. Seems like they don’t care about their loyal customers. Made a an appointment for Kelly over the phone. They told me to come right in came in and explain she was busy and that they didn’t hear me request her name and so I basically drove 5 miles between my work brake for nothing..

Made an appointment for 12:00 pm. I walked in exactly on time. My nail tech had someone sitting right as I came in and took that person before me. There is another nail tech sitting right behind her foling her own nails smh. The last time i was here a nail broke within 5 days. This will be My last time here.

I absolutely love my nail person but I'm sorry, I'm not paying for the owner's Range Rover and designer puppies anymore. You are way overpriced. Sadly I have found another nail person that does just a good of job for much less.

I went to Coral N for the second time today and had Thuy which is one of the bestNail technicians I ever had, she really does a great job, but I got charged to get the nail polish removal that they did 3 weeks before and 11 dollars for a simple design in one nail.I have been in many places around the area before that are high end and has never been charged for nail polish removal that they applied. I talked to the manager about it and he was rude, their customer service needs to improve, obviously they don’t care about customer satisfaction. Very disappointed

I had a mani/ pedi and I brought my 3.5 yr old to get a mani also. Our nails came out great! The nail techs were so patient and kind to my daughter- i will definitely be taking her back!Services: Pedicure
