I wouldn’t even call these people pharmacists it is sinful. Completely useless in every way possible. Bigger woman at the drop off window needs to change her attitude and try to be helpful for once. Getting prescriptions should not be this difficult for anybody. CVS these are the type of people you want representing your pharmacy??? shame.

The pharmacy staff should be fired. They are not helpful they give you hell with the medication you need and refill the prescription you don’t need and when you complain they get into a heated argument with you

Pharmacy staff is so rude and unhelpful. When asking for assistance regarding a Rx shortage, the woman looked at me like she was a disgruntled teenager and mumbled her reply with no offer of timeline or alternative meds. When asked a follow-up question re: CVS phone app, she all but rolled her eyes and told me to call corporate.
A little customer service and some compassion for people looking for Med advice would go a long way. I cringe when I know I have to visit this pharmacy.

Nice CVS, pharmacy is not as packed as other locations. Has restroom which is great when running errands with little ones. All the best snacks are up front & good selection of products.

The pharmacist was do rude.. I called the wrong location about my medication and she told me I was the wrong location where she could have still help me, instead she hanged the phone in my face.

Horrible pharmacy, everyone in the pharmacy should be fired. They just laugh in your face when you ask about how to find a drug in shortage. One person even said don’t come back here and ask about it.

Female pharmacy staff at the front refuses to be helpful. She called and left me a voicemail that my script was ready. I get to the pharmacy, she looks me up on the computer and told me there was nothing for me. I told her I received her call and instead of going to check in the bins or counters, she rudely said again there’s nothing and sent me to the drop-off counter. The pharmacist at that counter was able to find my script in less than a minute. She’s really just a miserable person.

Very rude pharmacist! Called to inquire about me meds and this male pharmacist talked to me in a very condescending way & quickly hanged up on me before I had a chance to ask more questions.

If you need a passport photo, come here! They are open 24/7 and have the screen and camera ready to go! I absolutely loved Shenseea who was so patient and helpful during a stressful time. She was so helpful and kind. Thank you so much!
