“Pan Pan is the absolute best, he helped me set up a brand new phone when the motherboard to my old one got fried (10 minutes before he was supposed to close the shop. He stayed open just to help.) He got me a brand new phone with a fresh screen protector that was able to integrate with my current network, LIFE SAVER.
I came back because the customer service was excellent and they helped me integrate all my apps into a new computer for similar price. Helped me maintain internal parts of my job twice at last minutes notice. Hands down 11/10. I’d spend the time to come downtown anytime than waste it at Target or Walmart.”

However, the owner contacted us offering an earlier appointment outside of regular hours to accommodate us to fix an ongoing computer issue we were having. “My Samsung Fold6 had a busted inner screen and they fixed it to practically brand new! Over the phone they also pointed me to a Samsung repair offer that drastically cut my bill. It took a bit longer to repair than expected (6 hours instead of initial 3-4 hours over the phone, but they did say 6-7 hours when I brought the phone in), which was enough to repair in a single work day for me.
The only downside is that someone is not always at the front, but I was able to call and didn't have to wait more than 5-10min to get helped.”
“These guys were fantastic
This Tuesday I had to have a VHS tape digitized in time for a funeral on Friday. The funeral home gave me one place to call and they quoted me 4-5 weeks and a ludicrous price for the one tape.
I called Video Electronics And they were able to get it done the next morning along with three other tapes all for under $150 bucks. They did an incredible job on the tapes and they look better than they ever did on the actual VCR.

“My dad gave me his old boombox. The cassette decks were non functioning. When I called other places they didn't even want to look at it.
When I called Vince he asked the model number and when I rattled off the series of letters and numbers he knew exactly what model it was. We talked on the phone and he told me to bring it in and he would look at it.
I just got it back and it works perfectly. It really meant a lot to me that my dad's boombox got brought back to life and Vince was able to do it. Just wanted to to say thank you to the guys over at Audio Proz”

“The team at this location were absolutely fantastic. I never provide reviews but had do one here. They programmed a new key fob for my Jeep. I had a spare fob and they programmed it with no problem where other Battery Plus locations said it could not be done. Wow. Great service!!!!!!”
