I wanted to share my fantastic experience we had at Lakeshore specifically with Meghan ( I hope that was her name) From the moment we asked for help she went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us. We have a grandchild who is severely disabled. She took the time to ask just the right questions in such a polite manner to find us the best toys and activities for him. I’m not a big reviewer but I believe, we have such terrible customer service in general in a lot of stores. Most employees hate their job. Not this young lady, she absolutely loved her job and it showed . I felt so good to see someone who enjoy what they were doing and it beamed through her to me and my wife’s experience. The service she showed will stay with her no matter where she works she will always put 100% into everything she does.
We were so lucky to have her help us that day find just the right activities to help our little one enjoy his gifts. We will be back and thank you again for making our stop there an enjoyable one .
To Lakeshore specifically, this employee is someone you want to hold onto for a lifetime . This is what will make your company grow !

Huge selection for teachers and parents. As a first-time parent, I was a little overwhelmed with what to buy but the staff was incredibly helpful with their recommendations.

I went into the store with my 3 year old today (who uses a walker). The manager was super friendly and helpful. Great selection of educational toys. Will be returning! :)

Popped in for the first time and had the pleasure of meeting Laura. I had a specific birthday gift in mind, she brought me right to what I was looking for and even gift wrapped it for me! If I had more time I could have spent hours in the store. Huge selection and very organized!

January 14 was a day my grandson and I were looking forward to.We had plans to go to the Lakeshore Learning Store. Lakeshore was doing a "science day". Parents, Grandparents and Friends , I want to tell you, we had a blast !!!We spent about two hours at the eventWe made slime, dug for dinosaurs and learned about bugs. We took our time going from station to station and loved every minute of it.The employees were unbelievable with the way they treated everyone. Each station worker explained how the things we did were done . Did I say we had a blast ! lol To my surprise as we did each station, No one pressured me/us to buy anything! Seriously!I have to say that that was very refreshing!Part of my Grammy / Grandson adventure to Lakeshore was a gift card to my Grandson for a Christmas gift..When my daughter suggested adventures for Christmas gifts, I didn't realize that she was giving me a gift to. My gift was seeing how much my Grandson loved the Lakeshore Science event. His gift was learning and having fun .Of course he enjoyed spending his gift card after we had a marvelous time.Thank you to all the wonderful people who made our Grammy/Grandson adventure special.I love Lakeshore Learning Store !We will differently go back many times Thanks again

I had a great experience with Laurie from the Saugus store. She was soooo helpful helping me pick out the perfect toys for my kids. She was super knowledgeable about the products and was so friendly and helpful.

I waited in line for 20 minutes. There were 3 employees and two customers ahead of me. Two of the employees were at the register while one was working on stock. Both customers had “tricky” purchases so I waited patiently. The phone rang- it was the home office. Instead of putting them on hold or calling back one of the employees -who had been at the register took the call instead of helping me. Poor choice for customer service. I only had a couple of items, but I have spent hundreds of $ for products online. I stopped on my way back to Maine where I am a teacher. I will think twice before ordering online or shopping at lakeshore again.

I called these girls and Sylvia and her colleagues were FABULOUS!!! she listened and went to look to see if they had the brick back drop and offered to hold them for me until I could get there! I will definitely go there again and recommend to others!!

Customer Service is top notch - I was looking for a brick back drop and had called other stores who were not very helpful - telling me there were customers and they did not have time to look for the product I was looking for. I called these girls and Sylvia and her colleagues were FABULOUS!!! she listened and went to look to see if they had the brick back drop and offered to hold them for me until I could get there! I will definitely go there again and recommend to others!!
