I truly wish I could say this is even a spa. I got a pedicure yesterday and there were several things wrong with my experience at this “spa.”The water was freezing, even still after I asked many times for hotter water. Instead of a usual light tap to indicate moving my foot, my foot was shoved back into the tub. I had to go and ask the worker to turn on the fan to dry my nails, which should already be done as part of a spa experience. I was left sitting there wondering if the experience would have been completed, to find that the worker was sitting around the corner sipping her Starbucks on her phone and couldn’t care less about finishing the experience. On top of it all, I had noticed cuts on my ankle today from how rough the worker had been and I had felt during the pedicure. I called in today to explain the circumstances and if there was anything they could do to compensate my horrible experience and “the most” they could offer was 10% off the next appointment. Word for word response: “everyone needs to get paid.” Personally, I need the skin on my ankle to remain there and not get cut up. I tried to explain this over the phone and the response I got was that it’s the wintertime and skin gets dry and cracked. I thought it was summertime at 28°F outside and thought this clarification was very helpful. There’s no fathomable reason for the coldness to leave cuts as plenty, large, and deep as the brisk winter allegedly caused. I went in for a pedicure at a spa and realized that I must have actually booked an appointment to get mistreated and my ankles cut up.

My first time trying this place! The place I normally go to was fully booked and decided to try here.Giving it a 5 star as I was very happy with my Dip manicure and also got a regular pedicure. The place is beautiful when you walk in. The lady that did my nails was nice.I knew the price was HIGH when I looked at the website. but, I would say, I was totally expecting MORE for the price that I paid $161.00. When I saw the bar inside I got excited thinking I was going to be offered a glass of wine… I mean “sparkling water” or even some fancy water in a champagne flute, robe, private room. I thought I was going to the Ritz, Carlton of nail salons. ?Overall the place is really nice, clean and friendly staff. I just think it’s extremely overpriced. If you hit the $$$$ to spend…

NEVER GO HERE! Overpriced with terrible service and when they glue your actual eyes together they will blame you. It actually shocks me who they will allow to touch people’s eyes these days but these people legitimately don’t have any business being in beauty at all. When I reported issues to the owner she was horrible after booking me the wrong kind of lash for my first ever apt and not refunding me. I showed a picture for my nails and they came out two different colors and nothing like I wanted then paid $400. This place needs to close. The owner also called me racist for explaining that I was exhausted from dealing with south Vietnamese owned salons and their low health standards and bad customer service. Mind you, this is a notion shared by Vietnamese human beings and I speak fluent Thai, and have a half Vietnamese nephew. This has nothing to do with race but if the cultural standard is different; it needs to be altered to fit the American standard of health and professionalism. If every salon was Swedish owned and had horrible standards I would say the same. This was a petty attempt to keep my money and give bad service. This place is always empty for a reason. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!!

It’s wayyy overpriced for what you get. The guy who did my mom’s mani pedi was kind but the lady who did me was kinda rude. The place looks nice but doesn’t have a warm or welcoming vibe.Services: Pedicure

I had an appointment at 11:10 and was not taken to the chair till 11:50. I was about to walk out and should have voiced my frustration then since I know they were busy and trying to accommodate each guest. I asked for ombre french and the nail tech was nice and spent a lot of time but it doesn't look like ombre at all... It looks nothing like the picture and just looks like pale pink nails. I didn't notice this until I left and was in better lighting..he did ask if I liked them and I was hopeful that they would look like french ombre in the light. If I was charged a normal amount I wouldn't be bothered because the gentleman spent a lot of time but it was over $90 which is way more than I have ever spent and will ever spend on nails again. Cute place...Do to the incredibly long wait, huge upcharge and mediocre color I will not be back ?***Update: I have not received any reply from the owner or management and two nails have cracks? I've never had my dip crack ?

Extremely overpriced for what the experience included. I had read the great reviews and was excited to try this for a Dazzle Dry manicure. Appreciate the online booking platform and same-day booking availability. For the prices, I was expecting more bells and whistles but it was absolutely nothing special and I would not go back. And, to boot, my dazzle dry manicure that was supposed to last 2 weeks, started chipping and peeling 3 days later! Very disappointed.

Lavanda is worth the 15 minute drive for me and hassle of driving on route 1! I’ve been going for dazzle dry manicures with Evie for months and her work is just incredible. My nails always look like they belong in an advertisement when I leave! I booked last minute today and she wasn’t available. Instead it was Ivy who gave me my manicure. She also did a terrific job!!! Highly recommend this salon and both of these outstanding manicurists.Service: Manicure

I have been going to this nail salon for the past two years and I have never left disappointed! Everyone is so friendly and they always take their time with your nails whether it’s a pedicure or manicure. I suggest seeing my girl Ivy — especially for anything from tips, dip, gel — she does it all!Services: Nail art

I really wanted to love this salon because it’s absolutely stunning inside but the employees there were very rude and not welcoming. There were two women-who may also be regulars there- were getting a pedicure done at the same time as me and made conversation with me. They begin acting fresh and making comments about my clothes and my acrylic nails (done elsewhere). But what really upset me was that my nail technician turned around and joined them! Added a few comments about me herself. I should’ve let those women tipped my nail technician instead of myself. The other nail technicians working looked miserable especially when they made eye contact with me- no smile. I don’t recommend

Make an appointment or call ahead if you’re looking for walk in availability.Their technicians are excellent. I love that service included a free cocktail or hot tea. I love to indulge in a piece of free chocolate while I’m waiting

The space was beautiful and the staff was friendly enough. I was hopeful that I'd found a new place for a spa pedicure for $56...but then I got the bill. I expect an up charge for gel, sure. But $12 to take gel off and $20 to put gel on...that's $32 total just for the gel issue. Ridiculous. This was the most expensive pedicure of my life. $88 + tip? Absurd! And not once did anyone mention the additional costs, not when they called to confirm nor at the desk at check in.

I had a great experience at Lavanda. I had a pedicure and it was lovely. The woman who did the pedicure was kind, professional, friendly, and did the job well! I will definitely be back.

Definitely a place that you would come to to splurge in your self. Pretty pricey but they make up for it with the different types of spa pedicures they offer. Everyone is really nice, but definitely a place for spending on yourself $$$.

Mimi did an excellent job on both my eyebrow waxing and citrus pedicure! This is the second time I've been for a pedicure and the first regular polish lasted over a month and I probably could have gone longer (but didn't want to!)
