Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, competent and friendly. They have many options including Volcano pedicure, hot stone massage on feet and legs, massaging chair. O so relaxing. Thank you ?. We will be back again! ????

Clean, friendly staff, tv plays ID channel about real life murders.
Specialties: They have so many different spa pedicure with over a dozen different scents and flavors. Some even come with a hot stone massage.

I’ve been going to Love Joy Nails for over five years now and I’ve always been satisfied with their services. Their volcano spa pedicure with hot stone massage is such a treat. Very clean place, friendly staff!

I have been going to this salon for a few months now. I was really impressed with the work when I first started going. The pedicures are great here however the nails are always 80/100. I started with the dip polish to lengthen my nails, it started great and gave me length but the more I went the more disappointed I was in the work. I had groves in the nails but I was able to brush it off no biggie. It always seemed it would take a while over 1 1/2 to do my nails(natural) which seems like a while to me. My last straw was 12/5/23 I went in the salon deciding I want a Christmas design. I NEVER do designs but I figured why not. The results I got was absolutely unexceptable and I advised Linnie and it was put on me like I was crazy. The design looked like a toddler did it and I was so upset if they couldn’t do it they should have said something or gave me someone who could. No apologizes and when I still gave my nail tech still above a 20% tip she says “thanks” again no apologies. No apology from Linnie either the one who came over and seems to be “in charge”. I believe her sister owns the salon. I was there for 1hr 45 minutes before she messed up my nails, and I told them I’m not staying another 30 minutes to fix my nails I ended up going down the street to another salon in Saugus and had them redo my snowflake design. I will not be going back to this salon even if it is 5 minutes from my house. Photo is in photo section of my “snowflake design “
