Waste of an hour from my day. Website says they have 3 pieces in stock of an item, in store shows 0. Then I switched to three other stores, conveniently each store has exactly 3 in stock, in the exact same bay and isle. Scam to get people to go to the store. They do not respect customer time at Lowe's

Don't expect to find someone to help, let alone ring you up. They never have cashiers, bags or anyone who knows anything beyond pointing you vaguely in one direction or another.

I purchased a microwave in store and I opened the box and the microwave was used, it had grease stains and smelled really bad. I went back to the store to get a new microwave and I asked to talk to the manager because I wanted to know how they could let this happen. The manager Milenka was very rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful, and she didn’t want to take responsibility for her actions. She didn’t help me and I couldn’t even get a new microwave. This Lowes is the worst store and all of the employees were not helpful. The manager was extremely rude. I was very unhappy with the customer service I received, I was in complete and utter shock.

I purchased a grill from Lowe's in Saugus yesterday and I had a great experience. I dealt with Tim, and Nathan (the blond guy). They really helped me and answered all my questions. When I went to pay for it Jim really helped me as well. All three of these gentlemen should be commended in some way as to how courteous and professional they are. Tim, Jim, and Nathan are a great asset to Lowe's. I will continue to shop at Lowe's because of these gentlemen.

Bad experience at this store location. There's a man working at the checkout registers that was aggressive, condescending, and extremely rude in his attempt to have me open a Lowe's credit card. I went to the SELF checkout register and this guy came over from the checkout registers and wouldn't leave me alone. After he asked me if i'd like to see if I'm a Lowe's member and card holder, I politely declined, but he would not let it go, he stood close too close to me while I was scanning my items. He kept asking "Why, is there something wrong with your credit? I'm trying to save you $100!" He was intentionally being condescending and was digging into why I didn't want to open a Lowe's credit card - any answer I gave him wasn't good enough. Even after I ignored him he was still going on and on about him trying to save me $100. Lowe's needs to vet the mental health of their workers, never coming back to this store again.
