I was promptly assisted when I arrived at the store to select a new pair of glasses and sunglasses. Everything was explained to me clearly including options and costs. I am very satisfied with my new glasses and sunglasses! They were well-made and met all expectations.

Shannon at the Saugus location went above and beyond for my eye care. I consider myself a regular and she always takes me in with open arms to adjust my glasses. The best one I’ve ever been too.
