After PetSmart cancelled our grooming appointment twice this week because the groomer called in sick, we finally got an appointment today for our Golden Retriever. My husband specifically told them Twice this week that we just wanted a hygienic cut, and to PLEASE keep his long fur on his legs and belly, but they still chopped it all off! So frustrating.

The PetSmart in Saugus always has the kitten food my babies demand! Sometimes the other PetSmarts in the area don’t have the chicken pate we like. Staff are always friendly and super helpful at the Saugus PetSmart.

Laurie the groomer was very rude regarding my dogs appointment and didn’t let me explained why I missed my dogs appointment and just hang up the phone!!!!!! I don’t understand why the need to be so rude over the phone

Tyler was so helpful. My kitty’s first time at the groomers and she did such a good job. She was even nice enough to call customer service herself to help me get in quicker. Thank you guys!

I came to the store to buy fishes 10min before close and they said won’t sale me any fish cause they are close already, but I’m already at the store and this is weird.

These groomer workers are terrible don’t waiste your money here. They have you book online appointments for your pets just to cancel it due to them leaving early from work. So what is the point on having certain availability and hours on their website to only cancel it is crazy to me. I’ll never be purchasing from PetSmart again.

Love Pet Smart because they always have my Fancy Feast cat food and my treats in assorted flavors also the grooming cat dept in Woburn is excellent groomers are wonderful

I went to Petsmart on route one in Saugus around 8 PM one hour before they closed, to buy a dozen feeder fish and they told me that they cannot sell fish at the moment because they were too busy, specifically that the manager was too busy to help me. As far as customer service this is unacceptable Petsmart used to be my go to for my fish my two dogs and our three cats but I will never be returning. I will be reaching out to corporate, there was no lines at the register maybe two other customers inside of the store i do not understand why nobody could be of assistance.

The worst Pet smart there is. Never bring your dogs here , they are rude unprofessional & LAZY . Manager is rude and told me if I did not like the service to look else where, definitely not a dog friendly spot. Also they say the dogs are matted just because they don’t want to wash or cut the dogs hair.
