Awful awful and just awful. Bought a 2013 White Audi Q5 from these folks in 2021 and they for sure knew some stuff was OFF with the car. That is more shame on me for not doing my real due diligence. Car has been nothing but issues since I bought it from the car needing oil every few weeks, engines replaced and numerous other issues. Buy from them if you want but please do your research and due diligence before purchasing!!!

The worse bought a car from them they have no consideration in fixing their cars they will lie and tell you they don’t sell broken cars, but less than year brakes are destroyed rear view mirror is hanging on for its life and running into problems consistently for $16k this is not somewhere you would want to spend your money

Sold me a car that had emission defeat devices and fatal engine flaws. Shady dealer, do not use.Old review:I bought a 2013 GTI from here recently. Alireza helped me out so much. I had a busy, conflicting work schedule, but we were able to work around it. They even offered to drive the papers I needed to sign out to me, 2 hours away. Very accommodating, very helpful.

Very accommodating, very reasonable, very responsive. First time I'd purchased a used car long-distance, so I had my concerns. They quickly provided an over-the-phone video walk-around of the car. I hired a mobile mechanic to check it out. They had no objections to that. He found a couple of concerns, not super-serious but worth mentioning. They were quickly addressed. The delivery, online exchange of payments and documents: It all went without a hitch. I would possibly shave off half-a-star because the price for the car was higher than similar vehicles online, but when I saw how clean and sharp the interior and engine were, I felt it was worth it.

Just bought my Audi Q5 from Auto Mall. The reason I stopped by is because of all the great reviews! The reviews were spot on and I really enjoyed the whole experience.
