I haven't found anything here for months. Nothing but leftover junk at ANY time. Prices are crazy high for items you can't return. If they want to sell items for higher prices, allow returns in case there are defects or doesn't fit.

Easy donation drop off! Had a whole trunk load of items to donate and it was soo easy to unload with the large rolling bins to take to your car

Im so disappointed. I used to come here all the time for clothes, toys, and housewares. Today, I was shocked at the prices. Every old dusty book is 5 dollars, dollar store junk is being sold for 1.50, and every tagless shein sweater was at least 9 dollars, the nicer ones marked closer to 20. Forget the toy section… I’ll buy clean working toys for new for the same price. I’ve donated so many bags of nice things here but I won’t be doing that anymore. It’s no wonder people choose fast fashion when thrift stores are this greedy too.

I recently lost my mom, so I was in your Saugus store donatingany of her belongs when I say an old sewing machine desk/table like one my mom had when I was little, Donna was so kind, she let me by it and held it till morning so I could get a truck to pick it up. Thank you for giving me back something that help me remember good times with my mom. I can't thank Donna enough for her kindness.

Good selection but a little pricey for a thrift store.

Great thrift store if you like clothes and electronics. But if you like video games like me every time you come there no matter if your early or not the discs will be stolen out of the cases.

Savers is a fun thrift store for buying cheap outfits and random nick knacks.

I visited this store and I asked the manager something and she was very rude and yelled at me and I told her she didn't have to yell and she answered me, I don't have to askthe same thing, terrible treatment of customers

Never found anything special here, they really have nothing here, super limited selection and the staff are breathing over your shoulder, very forcing on you in self check out.

Without the ability to try clothes on there it is outrageous you can only return items for a store credit.I'm here for Easter weekend unexpectedly without my luggage and wanted to be thrifty because I have a closet full of nice dresses and no need for yet another clothing item. Nowhere private to even to slip stuff on as men are lurking around watching the woman try items on in the aisles. The place is put together well but a lot of the items are filthy and the staff l encountered, except the manager who was very kind explaining the process of refunds and returns were rude walking by and brushing Bessie me without so much as an excuse me.I bought four items the two I wasn't able to try on are of course no-go items and need to be returned, but before I tried them on I put them in a high heat dryer due to smell and the tags fell off. This ought to be fun today returning them. Oh well it tells me where not to shop anymore.

Savers has become a joke. Their prices have skyrocketed for products that are free for them. Stop supporting them bring your stuff to the Salvation Army at least their sales actually support people.

Just not a great thrift store, sadly. I speak mainly to the quality of clothes & shoes when I say most of it is low-tier, overpriced mall brands rather than anything deserving of a second life. It is somehow always busy in here.
