Unfortunately, one male employee has zero customer service skills. Use both ears to listen to what a customer is actually asking instead of assuming and being hostile. He makes his comment angrily and walks away. This is not how you interact with people. Go read some books and take some classes on good listening practices and customer service skills. Whatever personal biases you have against customers has no business in the work place. You don't know how to behave properly in public. Stay in your little narrow bubble.I asked if a paint color can be changed to a different color and I should have received a simple answer. Thank you, other male employee there for listening to my actual question and answering without assumptions, a personal bias and hostility. It's a shame how narrow minded people are allowed to continue to be employed.

This location does not open on time. Its Saturday morning, myself & 4 painters are in the lot waiting for someone to open the store. Its 8:17am. Hours posted on door say they open at 8am

Staff at this location were extremely helpful and fun to work with. Knowledgeable of their entire product line, listened to my project goals and made suggestions on products. Won’t hesitate to return to that store for my paint needs both interior and exterior work projects.

No customer traffic empty store.. yet wherequested stain color match... dropped wood and color sample... 2 days later went back to ask on status..nothing was done, I asked if he can do it.. "manager" said it takes weeks to match.. Wasted 2 days with these guys..when I am triying to move back my home

The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and informative in helping me choose the perfect trim paint to compliment my current redo with SW Sea Salt wall color! Her advice completely changed my initial choice and I love it! So helpful that they have a history of my previously purchased paint colors! I have tried BM, but somehow always go home to SW.

The clerk tried their best to track down our custom cabinet color in the computer system, however, we were told they don't give paint samples. This seems like a basic expectation of a paint store. Not providing that service is a significant issue.

Working with Ellane has been wonderful. My husband and I just bought a new home and she has helped us choose the perfect color pallet for what we needed. She was quick to tell us what we should and shouldn’t do as well as which products we absolutely needed and others that we didn’t. She accurately estimated the quantities we needed and coached us through the proper application process. We will definitely be sending customers to this location and suggesting that they work with Ellane.

I have tried this door on multiple occasions. I will go out of my way to any other sherwin williams store. Its painful to get anything here.

We have been blessed to have Cody the new store manager at my store in Saugus Massachusetts. He is super helpful and very knowledgeable on all products.
