$4 for 1 pad of lined paper, $15 for 12 of the same! I only needed 1, but paying $4 for 1 is insane when 12 are $15. $2 for 1 makes sense. Shame on you.

BRIANNA IN THE PRINT DEPARTMENT WAS SUPER AWESOME AND HELPFUL! I was having an issue with my stuff being printed at the reading store because they were short staff, and I needed my item printed immediately, I paid for express and felt like I was hassling Brianna but she was so kind and helpful. I really appreciate her and how kind and efficient she was! Will only use this location from now on.
Paul was also kind helpful when he answered the phone and went I picked up the item. Thanks again!!

Just purchased an HP all in one printer this morning. The staff could not be any more helpful.
The sales associate, Amanda was cordial and engaging. And just as I asked if the printer came with any ink cartridges another lady appeared and said, "Only enough for a limited number of copies" and had the necessary cartridges in her hands. Meanwhile, another was near us engage in assembling a gaming chair. I commented on how comfortable it looked and he immediately engaged me in pleasant conversation and offered to show me where they were located. Whoever hired these folks are to be commended. And management should be proud of their individual customer service skills. It was one my more pleasurable money spending experiences.

There was a mix up with my business cards but the woman at the solution shop took care of it! My order was cancelled by accident when I came to pick it up and she printed them out for me right then and there! She even gave them to me free of charge and added 100 more business cards to my order! Her name was Dorothy she printed my proofs till she felt they looked perfect! Thanks Dorothy! ?

I came in the store right after a power outage to print some documents and I was greeted and taken care of by the sweetest woman (Danijela, hopefully spelled correct) who handled their situation so well. I appreciate her kindness and patience during my visit.

(Almost) all of the staff are very helpful. Some a bit rude. But, the biggest problem is their internet service is awful. I couldn't even use my 5G. Could barely return an Amazon package because I couldn't pull up the information/bar code on my phone. I couldn't print because of the same problem. I will not go there again since I can barely get anything done. The manager was super nice and said he has forwarded on (many) people's complaints to the higher ups, but not much they can do I guess with the building structure. Of all places, an office store doesn't have good Wi-fi????

I have been doing B to B with this Staples over 6 years. I have always had a pleasant experience with all the staff who recognizes me if I walk in. The manager knows me if he sees me as well. Today, I had a young girl in printing disrespect my wife while we were there to pick up an order of business cards that was ordered on September 28th. She said that I needed to come back when manager was there because it was " a few months" since they were ordered and they couldn't sell them to me. When my wife corrected her by saying it wasn't a few month( one month and a few days). She became combative. She said that my wife was trying to correct her and became disrespectful. This place is so convenient for us and I really hate to not come back here again. I will pick up my business cards tomorrow and cut ties with them. This individual needs to be retrain on customer service. We own a business and customer service is our priority.

Worst staples ever! Just cause I asked to be walked through with the printers I was treated bad and hit by the swinging door! They did not wanna give their names supervisor Lisa did nothing about the employee hitting me with the door. And the Boss Tae kim did nothing!
