There's something weird about this Target. I had an issue with a cashier imposing her views on EBT cards. I filed a complaint with the store and nothing ever became of it. I didn't return for a few months. Christmas season I gave it another shot. I don't know why I did. The staff still seems so stiff and not a person of color in sight working there. This seems odd for the surrounding area, almost intentional. I find the staff to be quite lazy always chitchatting and lines everywhere. There's never anyone at the Customer service area. Go to any other Target. I promise you'll have a better experience.

Manager needs to train the rude, unmannered young adult employees customer service and just how to have consideration since they didn't learn elsewhere. 4 times on 9/25 afternoon I had employees walk directly in front me. Twice two boys saw me as I was going straight and still refused to stop and cut me off from the side with their cart so I had to stop short and slam my body into my cart and smirked afterwards. A third girl came fast from the registers area without even looking like she was the only one in the store, walked right in front of everyone including me so when my cart's wheels caught her heels she had the nerve to turn and give me a dirty look. I made sure everyone heard me when I said you're the one that walked right into my path. A fourth woman again walked right into my path when I was leaving the register like no one else was around her. Apparently they only hire a-holes that have no conscious recognition of anyone around them and only care about what they're doing and where they're going. And it certainly isn't easy getting around this store with all the darn carts and shelving with stuff in them in the middle of the aisles. Only two registers open and a third one closes while the woman says to 3 people sorry I'm closed. This place needs Professional management. So when I asked the girl at the customer service desk for the managers name she didn't understand what I was talking about, I said I want a managers name to file a complaint, she says his name is Mike so I ask, Mike who, what's his last name. She says she doesn't know! Really?! You don't know your managers name. Know wonder this place scks. And stores wonder why people want to shop online. I realize it's hard to get any employees these days but keep it up and you employees won't have companies to go to at all. You're lucky too that you can get a job.

Horrible customer service at the return desk. I will make sure to continue to go to the Danvers location and not waste my time at the location that doesn't know what they are doing. Whatever you do, don't come to this location with online orders that you need to return! They told me it was easier to do the return at home. How does that even make sense?

I had a horrific experience at Target this morning.Yesterday I purchased Apple AirPods for my daughter going back to college in a few weeks doing remote classes. The AirPods did not synchronize with her laptop and cell phone. I tried returning it to Target this morning with the sales slip and the sales lady at returns said the serial numbers on the box does not match the AirPods serial numbers therefore mame we can not that this back. I said how can this be these AirPods were in that box. I'm sorry mame we cannot take them back. I asked to speak with the store manager and a African American gentleman came he said this is store policy both serial numbers have to match and yours don't match. I was speechless, confused, dumbfounded. I said sir what do I do can you call Apple and check this out how can this be possible... Mame this is Target Stores policy the numbers don't match and we can't take it back. Finally I said Sir what if I buy another AirPod right now in your store and open it in front of you you will see the numbers don't match. Sure enough I walked to electronics and purchased another AirPods opened in front of the store manager and the sales associates and the serial numbers did not match....They ended up refunding me for the two purchases and gave me a $20 gift card which was not even close to what I went through. Target's store policy made me feel like a liar, a thief and a dishonest person. I don't know if this is Targets policy or Apple's policy they have with all vendors.Buyer beware!!!! I believe "Apple" is very deceitful and dishonest lying to the stores when they put there product in the stores for sIt's a FACT the serial numbers DO NOT MATCH. I made a second purchase and proved it to them.In closing: Buy Apple products only from an Apple store , it's too expensive to take a loss. Apple is a money driven money hungry company. They will lie, cheat and BRAIN-WASH to get their product sold by a third party.....Update: I researched this matter with Apple. This policy is a TARGET policy they made up and use. My advice is to but Apple products at a Apple store only.....

Zero stars minus 100. Apparently they harass minorities, and they get security on them. My friends recently went there and they got followed around, harassed. The security there is definitely mentally ill and they need a mental evaluation. By far the worst Target I've ever been too, after what happened to my close friends this store is a complete disgrace to other Targets. Zero stars all around, I truly truly hope they go bankrupt and everyone there loses their jobs. That definitely would bring me joy to see that store close down. Disgusting people, disgraceful to humanity.

Never will step in this target again ! I really liked this store but after I had an interaction with security guy "Shawn". I feel it's customer service is extremely important no matter what position you carry in a store. My reason for writing this complaint was not because of the cashiers, managers or product a ability. It's how I got threaten to have the cops called on because I was throwing my trash out. When I finished shopping and paying I walked to my car. I realized that I have a few things that needed to to thrown out. I pulled in front of the store and quickly parked just to remove trash... I see security coming to my car and wondering what was wrong ? He seemed extremely upset told me I can't park here . I explained to him I was not parking here I am just removing my trash. He disregarded what I told him and said to move I am "breaking the law" !! I asked how I'm not doing anything wrong I am removing my trash I'm not parking here. Than not taking this guy seriously I asked what are going to do I'm throwing trash out?? He said that he is going to call the cops on me ! I am breaking the law! Being a Hispanic not doing anything wrong I took this very offensively. At first I though this was a joke was about to drive off but knew if he was I did not want to seem like I am running away from the "law I broke " I parked car a went into the store to ask for the store manager to make a complaint. I proceeded with the complaint. She did question him and he denied it and made is seem like I was lying. He was very argumentative and weird. He was clutching his fits also. I yelled at him normal people do not threat customers with the police than lie about it. I never felt to humiliated and embarrassed in a store. I do feel sorry for anyone who had this type of treatment in this store and hope this will never happen again !!!

I have never written a review about a store on Yelp but this truly warrants one. I get it sucks to work during the holidays as a teenager but at the end of the day this is your job and you should probably do it with some semblance of grace and dignity. Cashier named Sean is the rudest retail person I have ever met (he was muttering cuss words under his breath)-- go pay him a visit he is the tallish redhead with acne marked skin. I go over and say hi he mutters hi in a passive aggressive way but I think nothing of it. I don't really care about how friendly and nice you are if you're quick and decent. He scans some cookies I purchased that rang up as 2.99 instead of 2 for $5 it's not a huge deal but I just ask him aren't those 2 for $5 he says " I don't know" which struck me as odd because wouldn't a normal response be "let me check that for you". I ask him if he would please check if for me he says "how? I can't check it on this thing *gestures to cash register*. "Could you do a price check?" I ask he angrily flips on the switch to call the manager over who tells Sean he can give me the discount price. After his supervisor Anthony leaves I tell Sean I have more La Croix sodas in the cart and ash him if I should bring them up or he can just scan the one and put in how many I have just to make it easier for him and he mutters what I think was "************* under his breath which seems like an overreaction to me suggesting something that might make his job even simpler. Anyway rude kids working there and possibly mentally unstable, really no need for that..

"Goes in for one item, comes out with $100 worth of crap I don't really need." Basically describes every one of my shopping trips at Target. Lol ;-) They remodeled this location several months ago.. It now includes a grocery section for all your produce, meats, and frozen items needs. Electronics is now at the back center of the store. Customer Service center is directly in front of the registers. The women's clothing, specifically the shoe area have significantly shrunk. So sad, 'cause I'm a big fan of target apparel. I can't say that the layout is more easier to navigate. I've been coming here weekly and I still roam the aisles in circles... I must say, I enjoy coming here mainly for my Starbucks run. I've yet to encounter a long line. The employees are always friendly and polite. They've never given me a hard time when combining the cartwheel offer with my Starbucks rewards card. Now that I'm carefully thinking this through, I guess they have lured me in with the coffee bar strategy. Someone tell me the secret! How does one walk in a Target and not go shopping?!?! Lol

I ordered 60 photo prints through the online photo center as I have in the past. I received an email confirming my order. The only difference with my purchase was that I selected to have the photos printed to target on Lynn fells parkway, Saugus whereas I had previously ordered to the Everett location. The Saugus target is closer to my house so I was pleased that they were offering photo prints at this time. I figured with the renovation of their store they had added this feature. When I arrived I asked the greeter at the front. She looked confused, but pointed to the Kodak kiosk and said "don't know if it's still broken." I went to the kiosk confused because in the past I had picked my prints up at the service center. She was right though, the Kodak kiosk screen was lit up blue with an error message and looked as if it had been that way since it was installed in the 90s. She wouldn't know that though because she didn't care to assist me at the kiosk a mere three feet away from her post. I went to the service desk and the poor young man at the front was very nice, attempting to search my name in his digital scanner. He searched the order confirmation number too. Nothing. The two women behind him briefly stopped their conversation with one another, annoyed. They said "when did you order it." I said four days ago. The older woman laughed and said "honey we get rid of your order after two days." I responded, "digital prints?" She was caught off guard. She had assumed I was talking about merchandise because she couldn't be bothered to listen to what I was in search of. This angered her. She said we don't do that go to the Kodak kiosk. I went back to the kiosk around the corner in hopes she pushed some secret button that magically made it wrong, because this isn't a woman that can be corrected. Yup, kiosk still broken. I returned to the service center to tell the high school girl that the Kodak kiosk was down. She said "it shouldn't be" and half pretended to pick up an obscure binder as if the answer lies in its pages. But she didn't even open it before turning around and continuing her conversation. Target, don't offer print pick-up from your online photo center at locations that have no idea what it is.

Starbucks review. Horrible service. Employee was on break which i get. Sign said be back by a certain time. Waiting, time comes and no one there. I notice a person sitting down and get up and walk past me. Thought it was a customer until i walked away and they went behind register. Great customer service skills. Zero acknowledgement of customer while watching me wait.

The renovation for the most part was finished before Black Friday. Minor changes and updates being made here and there, but the renovation has made the store look much more modern than before. They have had a grocery since that time. It is not a full grocery like a Market Basket, but has a wide variety of milk, dairy, sausage, hot dogs, ground beef, chicken, pork, canned goods, dressing, healthy foods, granola bars, chips, and lots of other great food products, in addition to a produce. Their market section is much bigger than it was before pre-Black Friday version. The new and improved baby section is one of the biggest and best selling in the New England area, from a wide assortment of diapers, baby food, strollers, and baby accessories. The clothing and other sections still have a competitive variety at fair prices for the quality of product being sold. And just like other reviews, the good guest service is an accurate way to judge this store. You do not have to trust my review, just look at the other reviews from established local yelpers if you need encouragement to try this store.

Employees at this Starbucks are not happy... first Starbucks I've ever been to with negative vibes. No egg white duo, so I ordered bottled water and a pastry. Starbucks is pretty consistent as far as offerings, this Starbucks lacked several things.
