5 stars! I have family members out of state, that wk for USPS service, so I understand the Federal Standards- Saugus Post office is exceptional, and, as other reviews,I choose to use Saugus, because of exceptional service, everytime I've come!
I've had real problems elsewhere in Essex Co. that have not followed Federal USPS standards!
They, are always efficient, kind/ pleasant, nonpartial, and professional...
I've had to call Postmaster/ Feds because of breaks of personality -problems brought to the job, at other Essex County Post offices...
Saugus, has never been in this category, since, from another state, never either has their Post Offices behaved untowardly...
I've referred persons, to apply for work, when they hire, at Saugus USPS!

This was my first time to this USPS location and it was a really pleasant experience. The staff member that assisted me (Debbie) got creative with finding me a box to fit my oddly sized package and was really kind.

Gotta say this is the USPS with the best customer service - will go all the way here if I have some questions about sending stuff. The staff here is helpful, patient and nice.

They don’t have any materials available to help you fill out information on your package so bring your own permanent marker and tape. If you ask them to put tape on your package more than a tiny little piece on the front, they won’t even asked multiple times.

I sent a Valentines day card to Hialeah, Miami on February 9 to my partner and he never received it. The card was never returned to me either.
