“I went to this Old Navy location on Monday when they had the 50% discount with their credit card. I hadn't been to this store in awhile, I have shopped at other stores. The customer service was A+. I was approached by a Manager shortly after I entered and she helped me find pants. I was also helped by another sales associate on the floor.

“This stire was recently changed to handle orders and they've firgotten about the customers who come in. I feel like a cow be herded in the checkout line the meanders thru several turns before you finally get to checkout. Mens department is also a sad display of casual clothes with cheap looking lines like tek gear and polyester material. Mens slacks selection is pitiful to say the least and hagar slacks are too dam expensive and limited quality. Always find Burlington store has a better selection.”

I went to look for a specific pair of jeans but they didn’t have them; she showed me similar options and so she gave me 4 jeans to try on and after so many, i found the perfect fit thanks to her!
