Best experience I've had dealing with one of the Internet providers. This was a few months ago but I canceled my service online and went in to drop off my router. There was no line and service was prompt. They scanned the router, looked up my account and offered to have me pay the $7 and change that was outstanding on my account to close me out right then and there. They provided a receipt for dropping off the router, proof of payment and that was the end of it. No lingering fees or cancellation charges and I haven't looked back. Xfinity might stink but this store did not.

Some offer great service some just are always training. Try talking to someone in charge. Your problems will be solved in a very timely manner

I had a great experience at the Comcast store in Saugus. I stopped in to return my old cable boxes after recently canceling cable, and the process couldn’t have been easier. The staff was friendly, efficient, and made the whole transaction quick and stress-free. The store was clean, well-organized, and I was helped almost immediately. Excellent customer service all around—highly recommend this location!

Damien is the GOAT! I was on phone with support for 2 hours with no progress and decided to go to the store instead. Damien solved my issue in 2 minutes and saved my day. Give that man a raise!

The Saugus Xfinity store is terrible. We like Xfinity, but wanted to adjust our service, and we took 3 trips to the store to resolve issues around the new modem and the Xumo streaming box. Could not resolve, and the people there just don't care. We also found that they entered wrong info to our 2 accounts, which caused more problems. We had to go to another Xfinity store to correct everything. DON'T GO TO THE SAUGUS XFINITY STORE!

This store takes care of its customers. I have been given misleading information from different over the phone reps but everything the staff members told me here came true on my bill. Thank you guys for taking care of me and my family.

I had health with Danvers and didn’t get anywhere. Than spent an hour and ten mins on the phone with customer service being lied to about the issue being fixed 20 days ago, when clearly it wasn’t fixed at the store yesterday. Than I get to Saugus and the gentleman that helped me had it all straighten out. I will be coming here from now on! Thank you!

Don’t waste your time at this location, just go to the one at Assembly Row, their service is way better and they actually care about solving their customer’s issues 🙌🏻

My credit card information was used after purchasing a phone at this store. The employee manually entered my payment multiple times. Was promised I could return a phone within 30 days and snapped my old SIM card without my permission. Then another employee wouldn’t let me return the phone and said I’d have to pay it off. I explained the situation and he added a line with a totally different number to my phone telling me he would switch my number then couldn’t supposedly. Next day I got a call from someone claiming to be an Xfinity employee asking me if I wanted to participate in a promotion which was obviously a scam but they knew all my phone lines and device is attached to each line. I am getting the police involved and I would like to talk to a manager. The employees told me the district manager and fraud department would be calling me and they never did. I do not want a phone service with a company. I cannot trust..

Prob the best phone change experience I’ve had! I usually dread having to get a new phone because of the setup process always seems complicated but Javier made it super easy for my husband and I. 10/10 customer service and attention from Javier and team. Thanks Saugus Xfinity!
