If it were no stars, I would give it 0
The dealership is really the worst around! They lie straight to your face, and charged me for a rental that was supposed to be covered under a warranty recall. $500 out of pocket And still never fixed my car! The dealership lost my key and ended up charging me for it.
Buyer beware do not trust the dealership They are the worst!

I have had a few services done at McGroven Ford in Saugus—from oil changes to handling a warranty issue on a check engine light—and they have been fantastic every single time. The service team is super professional, thorough, and they really go the extra mile to make sure everything’s taken care of. It’s definitely a place where you feel like your car is in good hands. Highly recommend them if you need reliable and friendly service!
