I was in Boston for a few days visiting schools with my daughter. We stopped in the store to check things out and there were 2 young girls sitting behind the register, barely said hello, didn't move, didn't help anyone in a fairly full store of people. I sent a photo of the 2 lazy associates sitting down behind the counter to the stores email account to let the owner, Rachel M, know what I experienced. She was more interested in correcting my comments and telling me just how many ways I'm wrong instead of recognizing the poor service in her business. That totally explained to me where their behavior came from. She sarcastically offered me a job, instead of being semi apologetic for what, most likely is a relative, was experienced. Apparently does so well that doesn't need any more business. I would never recommend this place to anyone, for any reason.

They have a lot of cute things but I wish they'd stop spraying their clothes with their perfume, it smells awful and is so strong.

AWFUL experience. I needed to return a dress I purchased online. -3 unanswered emails (spanning 1 month time) -2 not returned phone calls -1 no response to mailed letter After six failed attempts to contact the company, I mailed the dress back to address on website. I obviously have NOT gotten a refund. My credit card company is now doing an investigation and going after the store. RUN dont walk AWAY from this store.

The clothes are to die for and it's such a welcoming atmosphere. This is seriously my favorite clothing store and such amazing quality.

While I like the product and price, it is a very young audience targeted. I found a few things that will work for me (60).What I did not like was the horrible scent sprayed all over what I bought! I didn’t realize it as the store smelled of their signature scent , until I got home. I had to wash everything before wearing as the smell was so strong!!Won’t shop there again. Worse than Abercrombie!!

Sorry to say what's disturbing experience we had at this store. The clerk wasn't wearing a mask, she said the owner forbid her to do so because hers wasn't fashionable enough. Kind of scary in there with the stuffy air.

Absolutely obsessed! The most amazing addition to Scituate in a very long time. Everything here is beyond adorable. These ladies know what they’re doing.
