I've have not always had a great experience at this CVS, but I was happily surprised today. I had to pick up a prescription, but there was an insurance block and I'd have to pay $100 for my usual under $10 medication. The pharmacist advised me who to call with my insurance company and was able to find a way for me to get the refill I needed and not be significantly out of pocket. She also filled the prescription in 10 minutes, saving me a trip back. If it weren't for her help, I wouldn't have received my medication when needed and would have been left in a bad position. The service I received today shows that they really are trying to improve customer expericence.

This location should just close. Pharmacy has bank hours instead of opening like the others. So now my wife can't get here nausea meds for her cancer treatment because they can't be bothered to open like other CVS locations do.

POOR!Ordered a refill on a THU morning and was told it would be ready after 12 on the same day. Made the trip and it wasn't and I said I would come back. It took 5 days to fill and the excuse was they were busy.

CVS needs to hire a competent pharmacy manager. I cannot understand how you can confirm a refill verbally over the phone then to arrive and not have it filled. This is a regular occurrence here. Not just once or twice.Stop wasting my time…the reason we call to get a refill is so we don’t have to wait an hour when we get there.Who wants to hang in a CVS where sick people go to pick up meds allDay long?Next refills we’ll be moving to another pharmacy.

So disappointed the staff recently had to direct me to check out my purchases myself at a kiosk machine in the store. CVS is cheating employees out of jobs. I did not get a discount for doing the checkout activities myself. Shame on CVS.

Often out of prescriptions I need, lousy communication, rude pharmacists, and little wonder bc they’re always short-handed. I only patronize them bc of my insurance, otherwise I’d find a better pharmacy. HIRE SOME PEOPLE TO HELP!!!

The worst pharmacy on earth idk how they are able to stay in business probably because it's a corporation so they fire and hire more incompetent people I would recommend switching over to hanover or anywhere else but this place. Trust me. Unless you're going there for a jab that they boast about giving because they give you a 2 dollar coupon to get it ???? just go anywhere but here I'll save you the headache now.

To be honest the bad rep that cvs and it’s pharmacy/staff gets down here is really over done. Even with how understaffed they are it’s still helping those in need. No need to shame people just trying to do there jobs.

ZERO, ZERO, ZERO STARS!!!! Absolutely the most incompetent pharmacy and staff! Do NOT trust them! TWICE, they filled my prescriptions WRONG!Wrong count and wrong dosage! If I wasn’t very aware of my meds, they could have killed me! God help the elderly that might not check so carefully before swallowing the wrong meds. Then, they question how to fix their mistake. Outrageously bad in everything they do. And don’t bother calling. They keep you on hold endlessly and just when you think they’ll pickup: they HANG UP! This pharmacy should be shut down. Drive a mile and stay as far away from the Scituate CVS as you can!

I feel really bad leaving a 1 star review, however it must be said. My bestie works at this location and has countless horror stories, from the wire hanger to fix self checkout to the c** socks found on one of the front displays to the expired candy at the register from 2018. There are absolutely rude customers who come into this location which isn't surprising given the state of the store. I feel my soul leave my body each time I enter this God forsaken building. I have almost tripped and died multiple times from the uneven floor. If I didn't die from impact, I would probably die from the nasty carpet. Who knows when that was last cleaned. I do have to say, shout out to the people who work here for dealing with such depressing conditions and unfair treatment. To CVS, do better.

Most unprofessional pharmacy ever. Waited and waited and waited. Long lines. No one doing anything. The pharmacists were all rude and unhelpful. I hate CVS.

If I could give a 0 rating I would. The people working the pharmacy counter are always very pleasant, but scripts are rarely filled on time. Scripts will be sitting in their system to be filled for many days and when I go to pick them up, they are never ready. It always seems to be an issue for other people in line too. It just makes no sense to me. I have lost all faith in CVS pharmacy - at least the one in Scituate. I just get frustrated every time I go. Stop & Shop in Cohasset is totally on the ball. Scripts are filled on time and there is never more than 1 person in line ahead of me.
