I am a longtime customer and Dena has been friendly, professional and super helpful from the very first day I met her. I was worried when CubeSmart took over the facility from the previous local ownership but the great thing about Dena is that she cares: if she sees you working in your unit she stops by to check in. If you have a question or need guidance, she's there. The premises are well maintained, the office is neat and organized. When I go to my unit, I look forward to seeing Dena.

Dena is amazing! I was so stressed out with this move and trying to find somewhere safe and affordable to store our things and Dena took all that stress away even just for a little bit whether it was over the phone or in person. She made sure I understood my options, was clear on pricing and instructions and I feel confident that this can be checked off my moving checklist. Thank you Dena!

Dena at CubeSmart in Scituate was over the top!! Incredibly helpful and just a pleasure to work with in every way! Her great energy, guidance and information was simply invaluable! She helped through every step of the process of renting my space when I was completely overwhelmed by moving! THANK YOU DENA!!! I am in FULL gratitude for all that you do!

Deena in Scituate is AMAZING!! She was so kind, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. She made sure I knew of any updates that were happening and was more than accommodating upon my arrival and departure with the storage unit. Scituate is an extremely clean, efficient and well run location. Great job Deena and all of the Scituate location crew!!!

A raving fan! These are well-maintained, secure storage units with friendly, hands-on management so our belongings were safe. Ownership is extremely responsive - when my key broke off in the lock, Chick responded within minutes to cut it off the lock and replace it with a new lock/key. If you have stuff to store, call Nancy. She'll take good care of you and your treasures.
