Advance Auto Parts is known for its exceptional customer service and knowledgeable staff. Many customers appreciate the kindness and respect shown by employees, who go out of their way to assist. One customer highlighted how a staff member helped replace their battery, emphasizing the value of the service. While experiences can vary, with some staff being less attentive, others, like Keith, stand out by providing detailed information and assistance, such as offering insurance on wipers and even replacing them for free. The store is well-stocked, and if an item is unavailable, the team is willing to order it, ensuring customers can find what they need for their vehicles and more.

I needed a sparkplug for 5 hp outboard. A try w Amazon was unsuccessful, as was Autozone. Advance Auto parts said they'd have it that afternoon for my pickup. Right on time and cheaper than Amazon! They were friendly and delivered exceptional 5 star service!
