“There are not enough good adjectives to describe how amazing Atomic is- I will NOT EVER buy an appliance from a box store! I bought a stove from Atomic and the tempered glass was defective- I made one call to atomic and that was it- they took care of the entire thing- had that happened with a big box store it would have taken weeks to get it sorted out- and most people seem to think that they are more expensive- which is totally false.Do not go anywhere else”

I knew once we walked in the door that my wife would gleefully walk out with the purchase of a new machine. Not only are their prices terrific, you get professional service, on the spot training of how to use the machine and you are welcome to return any time for more instructions ask questions and more.”
“Mixed feelings.
The first technician that came out, misdiagnosed the problem with my washer.
I decided not to go ahead with the repair as it would have been $700-800 . On reflection I decided to go ahead as it was still cheaper that buying new. The second technician rediagnosed the problem and this time it was much cheaper.
The final technician installed the new part and I am delighted to say my washer is working fine now.
All in all I am pleased with the outcome.
However , I do find it annoying that you don’t get to speak to a real person when you call. It can be frustrating trying to explain to an automated system certain aspects to your individual problem.”

“I went to this location to buy a refrigerator during their Memorial day sale. I worked with Tom, a sales rep, and Eric, one of the managers. They were very helpful and answered all the questions I had. Tom and Eric were very personable and made my purchasing experience very enjoyable. I had issues with the delivery, had a hard time resolving my issues with customer service over the phone, and went in to speak with a manager. I met with Greg, the general manager, and he was also very helpful and empathetic to the issues I had with Best Buy's remote team. He worked hard to resolve my issue and turn my experience around. The team at this location is the reason I am giving a 5 star rating. Thank you all again for the outstanding customer service, I truly appreciate it!”

“Home Depot has gone above and beyond to help. I'm currently battling cancer and went to Home Depot to buy a plant to cheer me up. I careless left my wallet with my id and health insurance card in it at Home Depot. I need my id and health insurance card to get my chemotherapy. The entire staff were extremely helpful and understanding in my situation. Just want to say thank you for their willingness to help me find it. They could have easily told me it wasn't there and walked away.”

“This small business was great! Our refrigerator broke (on a Saturday), my husband went there to Sammy’s store and found a great selection of super clean and very well priced used refrigerators!!!! I am absolutely delighted to find a right handed used refrigerator!! It’s very nice. Most of my searches were all left side handles which doesn’t work well with how my kitchen is set up. After all that excitement then Sammy’s employees loaded up my broken fridge and hauled it away with a whole bunch of dog hair underneath!! So embarrassing! All of this easy transaction done on a Saturday within a few hours ALL my problems were solved! I highly recommend them, their prices were great and they were very professional. Thank you so much Sammys Appliance!!”
“My husband and I were at Providence Home Depot last night, looking for a specific bathroom vanity. RJ helped us. RJ was so helpful and friendly. Although the vanity didn’t seem to be anywhere, he didn’t give up. He found the vanity way up on a pallet, immediately he had someone come and get it down . We had some more shopping to do. He told us to come back when we were done and sure enough there was the vanity and him waiting for us already on the hand truck. We were so impressed with him. Wish all employees were like that. He is a one of a kind!”

“This Home Depot is right off the highway, very easy to get in/out. The parking lot is large.We went to check for some seeds since my husband has a vegetable garden and some of the plants and vegetable need to be planted indoors before moving them to the outdoor garden.Lots of nice choices of vegetables, herbs and plants.The garden center is a place where you can get grass, flowers, herbs, seeds, fertilizer, pots, etc. One thing that we like to get at the garden center are indoor plants which help to purify the air. Some indoor house plants are better for air purifying than other indoor plants, the staff here is very good about giving you recommendations. Snake plants have spiky, glossy leaves that extend into the air. They make great indoor plants since they soak up lots of sunshine and don't need a lot of watering. The store also carries fiddle leaf figs, which feature large, wavy leaves.We have also gotten succulent plants here, which are a great choice for people who don't want to spend a lot of time caring for their indoor plants. Nice friendly staff.”
“(edited) problem got Fix fast. got no complaints now,....................i had lease a gaming pc that had spesific specs. i returned it half way and when i picked it back up to finish paying it. they gave me a older model with weaker specs.i dont care if its used but they didnt even bother to get me the same or similar one.even tho i told them. and they clearly dont know the value of the difference between them are. i will edit this review if it gets resolved but hard to belive they would”
“Vary friendly and helpful staff after change in ownership. I have bought 2 washing machines, a stove and a dishwasher from them. Had an issue with the dishwasher and stove, they sent out someone to replace them vary quickly and have had no issues since. Would strongly recommend to anyone needing appliances.”
