Rich at the Cranston location talked me through everything, and even got my new fridge to me very quickly because my old one (26 year old) had finally died. When it was clear my old water hookup was not up to code, I had their in house plumber come in and hook up my beautiful new fridge. Same day old fridge was pulled, new one put in, plumbing issue solved, and now my gorgeous new fridge is humming along, working like a dream! I’ve also purchased a stove from Wickford appliance, with similar ease! Forget the box stores, shop local, support your community, and have a better buying experience for it! 10/10 Will definitely shop here again.”

They had it in stock at the same price as the big box stores and offered free delivery and took away our old stove for free. The delivery guys were courteous and efficient. I bought a stove from Atomic and the tempered glass was defective- I made one call to atomic and that was it- they took care of the entire thing- had that happened with a big box store it would have taken weeks to get it sorted out- and most people seem to think that they are more expensive- which is totally false.Do not go anywhere else”

My pos 10 yo Samsung French door fridge that I love that I bought at best buy keeps freezing up and leaking.
Dannys appliance was soo soo fair. They literally just fixed it and charged me the best reasonable fee. So reasonably priced. I was shocked. I was expecting a way higher bill. I'm glad that wasn't the case. When your fridge is not working it's a very stressful situation. I'm so glad that they treated me fairly.

“This small business was great! Our refrigerator broke (on a Saturday), my husband went there to Sammy’s store and found a great selection of super clean and very well priced used refrigerators!!!! I am absolutely delighted to find a right handed used refrigerator!! It’s very nice. Most of my searches were all left side handles which doesn’t work well with how my kitchen is set up. After all that excitement then Sammy’s employees loaded up my broken fridge and hauled it away with a whole bunch of dog hair underneath!! So embarrassing! All of this easy transaction done on a Saturday within a few hours ALL my problems were solved! I highly recommend them, their prices were great and they were very professional. Thank you so much Sammys Appliance!!”

“On this day Memorial Day, the family , the sales woman, at the store extended themselves to accommodate my situation, my ability to walk around and view the selection in the showroom, due to a bad hip, was overly generous, I was in pain.
In the end I was happy with my Whirlpool brand new refrigerator with stainless steel doors, the owner knew what I was looking for
And was on point with my choice.
I recommend this store to all those people looking to save a few bucks and get the service offered but never received in those big warehouse stores. This is a family owned and operated outfit with family values.”
“Ordered a open box laptop online. Laptop was 100% fine but accidentally it did not come w any cord or charger. Calling in for support they gave me two options I didn't really love to resolve things. I just wanted the apple cords. But they wouldn't just send them to me. On a whim I stopped into this store and asked for a manager. I explained things and in 10 mins he came back to me w the brand new cords. No BS just real customer service. The manager wasn't old but he still understood how to treat a decent customer. He could have just said sorry and sent me in my way. Thank you!”
