My son went there a week ago to upgrade his phone. What a fiasco this has turned into. I have now spent 3 days on the phone with AT&T trying to recoup the charges and changes they made to my bill! They added another line to my phone bill ($85)as well as all kinds of other charges that he told them he didn’t want. I have spent over 4 hours trying to get everything removed and it still isn’t correct. Every time I call to speak to a manager there is not one at the store. Extremely frustrated and will not be going back to this store again if I need an upgrade!

This was the SECOND time my elderly mother in law had to stop in with questions about her phone and the SECOND time this store added phone insurance to each line. Took me an hour each time on line with AT&T to get the charges dropped. If this is store policy, perhaps I should approach the Seekonk police and or the Attorney General’s office to start an investigation about unfair business practices. I was told by the AT & T rep that some stores do this automatically…so wrong that one doesn’t sign to approve charges.

Byron did an exceptional job. That young man told us, with detail, how everything was going to work, and what to expect on our first bill. He was very kind and knowledgeable with everything. My husband and I are very happy with his service. So happy in fact, we started saying yes to everything he sold us.

Ryan and the rest of the SEEKONK ATT crew is awesome!!! Literally best att I’ve ever been too and very satisfied with everything !!! Best ATT around !!!!

If I could leave a 0 I would. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS.
Sold me a phone on a new line when I only wanted to upgrade my line.
After noticing on my account that the store added a new line that I did not want they turned around and refused to return the device or even provide any type of service to rectify the situation. Instead the store manager and employees threatened to call the police if I did not leave the store. 0/10 horrible experience and will be reporting this store to ATT directly. Your employee have no integrity and it really shows by the way I was treated.
I recommend everyone avoids this store as they will lie straight to your face about what you’re getting and what they’re doing to your account. Luckily I went to a different location down the ways in Swansea and they were able to correct the situation and get everything straightened out to what I was looking to achieve.

Christian (hope that's how you spell it lol) and Storm were a major help for me when I went in there a hour before closing....I had a real debacle of a phone situation and they were able to get me a brand new phone when I had serious doubts about itDefinitely give these dudes the business over the att in Walmart or Bjs

This is an awesome store. I had an issue with my phone and the manager Storm was nice enough to help me through every step of the process. He is an awesome manager and is definitely worthy of the praise. Once again thank you Storm and for all the joy that you bring to your store. A+++++++++++++

I purchased a Samsung flip 3 and my daughter put me on her account. I want to change company due to acp with better more affordable options for older people. They have still kept my phone locked . Gave me codes that don't work. My number was kept for the new company but I can't use my phone from att because it's locked i need mck code. I've tried everything so now ill file a complaint with fcc and bbb. Att blames samsung, samsung blames att. I'd never deal with them again. They also offer a lousy acp program. Never get a locked phone. They hold it hostage. Nice way to treat thr elderly.
