“Always friendly and informative. Matt helped me this time. I went in to get my key fob battery replaced and he informed me of my options. I also asked him to clean out my phone’s charger port. As he was doing that it occurred to me to ask him if he could check my car battery and alternator since I’ve had problems with it starting a couple times in the past month or so. He was able to assess things and give me information so I could figure out how to move forward. Much appreciated… especially getting more done than I expected to!”

“I remember years ago, my dad told me if I ever needed any help with my car battery to come see Mike and his team here. I’m so glad I did! Mike did an evaluation on my battery and I found out it was the alternator going bad due to a leak in the engine. He charged up everything for no cost and gave me a referral to go get the leak and alternator fixed. I’m grateful for the help, and honestly here. I’ll definitely be back and encourage others to come here too. Thanks Mike and team for always being helpful over the years.”

“the star of this review is an employee named Kaydance. I am admittedly a fish out of water in an auto parts store .. and and obvious one at that . I wasted on time walked right up to the register what I needed for the model of my car . she was fast, efficient and very personable. She took me right over to what I was looking for.and explained the volume needed for my vehicle. she asked me questions to help me resolve just what I'd need to get and thank god she did because I was blissfully ignorant to what I was about to do to my car in what can only be called a foolish roll the dice. she was as benevolent as she was well informed . my mind was at ease, knowing I was in good hands. she even went as far as to refer me to a reputable garage that she personally patronizes reassuring me that I'd be in good hands after I left. kaydance is a model employee, and in exemplary human.
