Julissa was AMAZING! I got a brow lamination and tint and she was hands down the best tech I have ever seen. She took my brow density, hair color, and skin type into consideration. She really knew her stuff and was so fun to talk to. Give her all her flowers, my brows are perfect. Gonna travel state lines to see her again.
