I feel I will be repeating alot said in these 5 🌟 reviews!!! I despise going to a dentist AND despise car shopping!!! The moment I walked into The Far Palace, and met John. All I had to do was state the MAXIMUM I wanted to spend and immediately John handed me 3 sets of keys and sent me on my way. I was BEYOND satisfied with one of the options. John shared the full history, and I said SOOOLLLDDD!!!! I picked up my vehicle this afternoon and this is the 1st experience where I I know I made a great choice. THANK YOU John for a 6 star experience!!!!
Anyone looking for a GREAT DEAL...seriously ignore all those big dealerships surrounding the Car Palace, go see John and join all of us 5 star reviewers that made a great decision and go figure.... I still have $$$$ in my wallet!!!!!!

I don’t know where to begin! First off, John is absolutely AMAZING!!! He was able to get me approved for a low down payment and low monthly payments when I have terrible credit and a recent repossession!
He was so good with communicating with me and we did everything through text. He handled everything! I am so grateful that I found this place. Very trustworthy (unlike a lot of others out there) I got a 2012 Hyundai Sonata, great condition! I can’t wait to come back and upgrade once I build my credit back up. Thank you John! 😊
UPDATE: I just wanted to post an update. My car (Hyundai Sonata) had the check engine light pop on the dash, I reached out to John and he not only had it fixed by the very next morning, but he even gave me and my daughter Uber money to get home so that we weren’t stranded and stuck waiting around! It was no cheap Uber either! Since then, the check engine light has popped back on again and the car stalled out on me and John responded immediately with a solution! My car has been in there a few days while they trouble shoot the issues because well, cars will be cars! But I just can’t say enough about how kind, responsive and trust worthy John is! No matter where you shop for a used car, you will more than likely run into problems and most car salesman will give you the run around and leave you hanging out to dry! The car palace has the customers best interests in mind at all times and I just appreciate and respect the exceptional customer service!

I cannot thank John enough for his careful attention to making sure our son's first car was in great condition. John came highly recommended by a family friend who assured us he was very honest and had good cars. After a week of driving, the check engine light went on. We brought it to our local mechanic who did a thorough check and found a few things. The car is 15 years old, so the things that were wrong were completely reasonable, but John fixed *every single* thing, even things that our mechanic said we should probably expect to fix on our own. He even drove the car around to make sure they were thoroughly fixed. I had only bought certified pre-owned from dealers before, but from now on we're going to John!

I have owned this car less than a year. Transmission died. Needs new torque converter as well. So I just spent several thousands of dollars because I still owe 6500 and it is a 2010. Needed all new tires, spark plugs, throttle, and oil was leaking. Dealership said this car was not maintained. I was ripped off and am now stuck with a lemon.

Do not buy a car from here ever, I bought a car from here in December and I’ve had nothing but problems with it, first time I had the car the bushings were all rotted away and needed to be fixed, the owner said he would fix the bushings, once I got the car back from fixing the bushings it looked like he changed out my front tires to bald ones. Trunk struts were broken on the glass window and the trunk, so I kept getting hit in the head with the trunk, I had to get all my brake pads and calipers fixed on this car, and that’s not cheap. Just don’t go here and buy a car. Not worth all the trouble

Disgusting business totally taken advantage of told I had a thirty day window and they refuse to take the car back still haven’t taken care of the registration so I can’t even drive the car they sold me now refuses to answer me total scam of a business buyer beware probably friends and family writing the positive reviews if look deeper u see he sells cars that are not worth it then proceeded to push me out of the business
