Nathaniel at CVS on Newman Ave went above and beyond to help me with my transaction. He was pleasant, knew what he was talking about and explained it clearly to me. I look forward to having him help me in the future. Great employee!

They always have what I need. .the pharmacy techs are very helpful and the minute clinic is a nice addition to the cvs.. but the self checkout is horrible.. why are you do this to people.. get rid of those things..

I used to use the cvs on Newport Ave but the drive thru and the parking lot got ridiculous ? so I switched! This cvs is so nice the drive thru is clear and doesn't impact the parking lot they aren't 24hrs so that kinda sucks but the store is newish and they have a minute clinic the pharmacy peeps are always so nice and helpful! I've done a buy online pick up in store here and it was so easy and convenient as well!

I shouldn't have to fight for half the day to get my medication that I've been on for 4 years now. Absolutely ridiculous. One of the people who works in the pharmacy was also rude to my boyfriend, I swear she thought he was trying to steal when I was literally in the passenger seat next to him. I did end up getting my medication thankfully (hours later) but I'm now considering switching pharmacies after this absolute dumpster fire of a situation.

The pharmacy at Newman Ave CVS in Seekonk used to be great. Have been a regular customer to pharmacy for 20 years. There are very few of the long time standing pharmacy personnel left here. Most of the new personnel would need some massive improvement to come close to the service they used to offer and do so well at here. The straw that broke the camels back for me was the day the young girl who was pharmacist there on a visit I made there not too long ago was so condescending and immature with her response when I privately asked her to not embarrass me by scolding me and brow beating me in front of their customers when she misunderstood my discussion with their clerk. Her response to my private request was to loudly exclaim "Dude you are disrespectful and no longer welcome in my store" and told me to leave and carried her overreaction further by announcing on her PA that she needed a male at the pharmacy counter to assist her. I had not said anything further to her unnecessary reaction in the first place and I quietly left the store before any males had arrived at the pharmacy . I am a 70 year old male and I prefer to be addressed properly with my name which is NOT "Dude". Her disrespect and crass behavior that afternoon was uncalled for and an overreaction. Unfortunately even though I tried to explain to the young girl who was the clerk there that day that my issue was not with her but with the actions of the pharmacist , she chose to back the unprofessional actions of the pharmacist even after my trying to explain that the issues I had were not with her. Needless to say I plan to change the cvs pharmacy that I wish to handle my future medical needs with. I suggest anyone considering doing regular business with this location to reconsider. Aside from my feedback here, you may want to read some of the many other negative feedbacks and ratings other customers have taken their time to provide about the Newman Avenue Seekonk MA CVS location. It seems the training and standards for how cvs personnel treat their customers at this location has a lot of room for improvement if they desire ratings and feedback scoring them higher than the current very low scores they are earning. I think I would be better treated by monkeys in cages at the zoo than some of the newer "professionals" at CVS seem to think is appropriate.

Staff is rude. Store didn’t have a common. Antibiotic in inventory. Never ordered it. Never even filled it. Got to be kidding me.They are rude and unresponsive to my wife as well.God forbid you interrupt their daily retail lunch hour.How does a corporation like CVS allow this store to operate like this?
