The service was horrible . 2 different employees abandoned myself and my grandchildren to help other customers , white customers . I had to take my grandchildren out of the negative environment . I really felt as though we were not welcomed there . I will never go to this establishment again and would not recommend it to anyone of color .

Wish the carried on cloud in the store but service people were very helpful & nice.They were out of bags when we checked out tho so we had to carry our stuff out in our arms not in a bag.

1000% different experience that I had no more than an hour ago at the Dartmouth. Refer to the message If you would like. First I met RJ at the door who asked me promptly what I needed. He looked like he knew what was going on and I shared with him that I needed to return a pair of batting gloves. He quickly assured me as long as we had the size I could make that exchange. Preston worked diligently at the counter with me and had me out in less the 5 MINUTES. Much better than being treated like a criminal in Dartmouth.

I was present in this store today to purchase cleats. The cleats were showing they were in stock at this location. The sales associate informed me they were not and in stock in Dartmouth. I left the store and selected “store pick up” and left the area while waiting to see a response to my online order via email. I was informed within 20 mins from me originally leaving via email I was able to pick up the same shows the store sales associate informed me were not in stock (go figure). I pretty much has to save myself time from going out of the way and into another store location. I very much would rather travel further or purchase online before returning.

Might be time for some new employees in the sneaker department. If you’re going to come to work be on your phone and stand around and chat amongst each other instead of helping… what is the point ?

Terrible service that tries to scam you. Items scan at the register for more than the sticker shows. The cashier and manager weren't surprised at all when it happened and didn't even pretend to fix the price that comes up when it's scanned at the register for the next customer.
