They stole my package because they have the location of it but will not do their job to fix their mistake. Called 1800 and they won't even tell the address on the label because they want to protect their jobs.

Drivers wheeling a package with a dolly cant walk an extra 10 feet to the proper door. They unload a package near a sign that points to the proper door. Lazy as all hell.

AAA Transportation Inc of FedEx Truck 82748 should be spoken to about throwing packages it happens many times. Very unprofessional and could be damaging items with his carelessness. Property is posted security cameras in use so I can imagine how he delivers items all day everyday!
