Awful service….every single time I’ve had a FedEx package in the last few months I WATCH them drive straight by my house and not even stop or “attempt delivery” and then I get my package days later than it’s supposed to be here. 🤬 get your drivers on track, there’s no reason for this

Don't use them if at all possible. Chaos, misinformation, missed delivery date. Sat around for hours. Just terrible. I'd give them zero stars if I could.

Horrible all around. Lost 2 of my packages that cost me around $3000 total even though it required a DIRECT SIGNATURE and I DIDN'T SIGN IT!!!! All I got was that in 24 hours they will try to redeliver even though my package is nowhere in sight. Teach your drivers what a direct signature is because I need an ID to pick up a package at the holding facility but your driver gave my package to Joe Smoe that I've never even met before!

Great place to work, great opportunity to grow your career at FedEx, I would recommend to anyone who is interested in a part time job and who is in college. The managers that I have on the shift from 5:30pm to 10pm are all fantastic!

Garbage. Automated system is trash and doesn’t let you speak to anyone. It does everything but direct you to a rep. 0-10 rating

After waiting 6 days past the original delivery date... My package is still pending. I finally called & made a claim. How do you lose a package when everything that comes through has to be scanned. I needed the item for a very important event that has come & past. There's a way to go back & track it. Now I have a claim & I'm very skeptical about ordering again because the company I ordered from goes through FedEx. Extremely FRUSTRATING situation.

Somebody needs to do something about this place because they have no idea what there doing and constantly leaving packages at wrong addresses
