Kristen and Mary Beth were excellent. I had a stack of fragile, old documents that needed to be copied and Kristen did it to perfection and packed them beautifully. Marybeth was very helpful in trying to help me find my discount and did not give up. This was all on a very busy Saturday. This location is super clean unlike many of the other ones.

Every time I come in. The staff ( the 2 women) does not greet you or even say Hello or anything. Just pure silence. They will look at you and not say a word. and make you feel like you’re a bother. Like ok? No type of customer service what so ever . Don’t bother to offer help, or a simple how are you doing? How can I help you ? Horrible customer service. Hire a new staff! These two seem to be unhappy and miserable. A smile goes a long way! Learn how to retrain these two! I mean it’s customer service… it’s not that hard.

Kristen at the Seekonk FedEx was honestly amazing! She helped me package up several work shipments and was kind, helpful, and incredibly patient throughout the whole process. Excellent customer service!
One note***** I'm disappointed that FedEx does
NOT accept stamped envelopes here. Little pry peeve but I feel they should take them to make it for convenient for us, the consumer. (Stamped letters must be dropped at a USPS box or post office instead)
Still, thanks to Kristen, my visit was a great experience overall!

Walked in today with a heavy package and I have never done a return through FedEx before. Put the large package on the counter and the woman said I’ll be right with you. I started looking at copy paper because it said it was on sale and I was going to buy some. During this time a totally different woman standing behind a different counter says twice “would you like a receipt”? And I replied who, me? She says “yes” I replied Oh, I haven’t done anything yet, and she points to the box on the counter and says again, would you like a receipt? As she turns her head to the woman to her right behind a different counter rolls her eyes and laughs like how stupid is this lady?? Absolutely awful customer service! Could you be any more miserable at your job?! That lady should be fired!

RUINED CHRISTMAS!… So FedEx has this terrible logistics communication system where if you request to hold a package, they will send an email days after the package has actually arrived at the location for pickup, then you will go to retrieve the package on the “5th” day but be told that the package was already sent back because that email isn’t accurate with when the package actually arrived, also the store offered no help or sympathy I was basically talking to myself to come up with a solution. I decided to duplicate my order in hopes of still getting the package in time for Christmas ( it’s December 10th) only to find out now that the package is delayed in California FedEx Location now and I will not being getting it in time for Christmas. If I ever had control over anything delivery, it would never be through FedEx. Thank you.

Kristen and Mary Beth at this location have been helping me with art prints & shipping for over a year now, and they absolutely make my day every time! They truly go above and beyond to help however they can-- tweaking my print specs, finding roundabout shipping solutions, etc. It's such a pleasure to get to know these ladies & trust that my work is in good hands.

This location is an outstanding location. We noticed an typo on a series of posters for an event. We reached out to our local FedEx location (we are in Cambridge), and they told me that they could not print out new posters for us in time. I called the Seekonk location which is relatively close to my home, who had printed posters for us in the past. They were able to print out the signs that day, with no questions asked. The manager was awesome, she even called to follow up to make sure everything was right.

Great spot for FedEx drop off and store.. never had any issues here and the people are very nice. Check them out..Don't get the reviews on here about delivery drivers ..This is a store, a FedEx office and print shop.. nothing to do with drivers and your late package!!!
