Staff go above and beyond, showing themselves to be understanding, sympathetic, and interested in customers' stories. They are highly recommended for assistance with purchases, sizing, repairs, and their extended warranty. Customers report feeling treated as more than just a customer and many find a jeweler for life. The team at the Seekonk location does an absolute amazing job and is definitely the place to go.
