I would not recommend this business. it’s hard to get anyone to respond - they rarely answer the phone and never call back if you leave a message. i bought 4 green giant arborvitaes last spring and it took a month of my hounding them to get them delivered and planted, which i had paid for up front. since they don’t answer the phone, i had to drive there to talk to anyone. this spring 2 of the 4 are dead. they are no longer offering a one year warranty. so now i’m looking at 2 dead trees and have to pay someone to remove them. Little Tree gave me a refund of $110 but that didn’t even cover the cost of one tree. Don’t go here unless you just want to buy something you can take home in your car that day.

Terrible service, very unhelpful.
One time I showed up at 2pm on a weekday, it said online they are open, and the woman who works there runs out to the parking lot waving her arms and screaming “WE’RE CLOSED!!!” It was incredibly rude.
I’ve tried calling them multiple times to see if they are open and if they have plants I want in stock and no one ever picks up or calls back.
I decided to give them one more chance today and the same woman asks “can I help you?” In a very bored and uninterested way. I asked if she had more of a bush I want in stock. She doesn’t even seem to know the bush by name, and she says no that’s all they have. Then I ask if there’s any other stores she can suggest that might have them. She says no and doesn’t offer anymore help.
If I were you I wouldn’t waste my time at this place.

Really bad experience as a truck driver. They open 8:00 clock and then call 508-922-2108. Then a guy with bad behaviour will pick the phone call who does not respect truck drivers. This place have really tight entrance. Also expect no help, if you have a big truck to enter the nursery. I asked him for help to enter the yard, but he said no he is not gonna help and has other works to do & said either enter the nursery with big truck somehow or take the load of plants back to Canada. This was really disrespectful behaviour.

I'm giving 1 star so I can leave review of just how horrible this place is to do business with. The owner Edy is as nasty a person as he is a businessman. Came to my house insisted he had been there before and started swearing at my wife. This man does not deserve to be in business! You have been warned!!
