I was looking for a reclining couch with wide arms so I could set my iPad on the side arm and watch TV and work on my iPad and he took me directly to all the reclining sofas And they were beautiful. We walked in and started the conversation with “we are not looking to buy today,” and we left with the bed of our dreams!!!! Not to mention it was delivered the very next day. We were so impressed with Anthony’s expertise in what we needed to ensure we receive the best sleep we can for the next 10+ years!! “I worked mostly with Kiel, but also with Joe, and both were exceptional. They were super-patient and never rushed me to make hasty decisions for my big purchases. They were also super-helpful in terms of the logistics (Will this fit in my room? What are the correct measurements? How will I pay for this?). Both really knew their stuff. Best of all, there was NO obnoxious sales pressure. To compare, I had also browsed at Raymour & Flannigan and was swarmed by a sales guy as soon as I walked through the door. He hovered like a shadow while I looked around, which made me uncomfortable and it was awkward. He even directly asked me, "So you want this?" referring to a pricey couch even though I expressed zero interest in purchasing at that time. None of this happened at Cardi's which is why they got the sale. Lastly, the delivery guys Keith and Dominic worked a few miracles squeezing the new furniture into my narrow doorways!”
“Great place. They have a ton of stuff that is reasonably priced and offer delivery. We were shopping for a dresser and we ended up getting a real wooden dresser, coffee table, end table, and display dresser for the price we would have spent on Wayfair for some plywood junk that would have lasted a few years at best. Nice people as well.”

I had to return to the store and spoke with Sales Mgr Andrew Clarke. I had a small issue but within five minutes he had it completely under control and fixed the minor concern. I was in and out of the store within five minutes. Very accommodating and exceptionally professional. Once again, highly recommend.”
