“My wife and I walked in Raymour and Flanigan not knowing what to expect. What you received was 1st class service from David. No high pressure sales. Just a knowledgeable salesman who let us look around and answered any questions we had. We found what we wanted and were comfortable with the fact we had all our questions answered.”

“Todd was the epitome of what customer service should be. He allowed us the space to browse instead of being pushy or overly aggressive which was refreshing and my wife greatly appreciated. He came off very knowledgable and was able to offer us the right fit for our needs. This is the type of professionalism and customer service that would bring us back for sure.”

“This was a complicated delivery and they made it happen. In addition the mattress we ordered did not arrive by the time we needed it, so they are sending a substitute until ours arrives. In addition they loaned us a frame until our bed order is delivered In other words, excellent customer service even when it’s not smooth sailing! Kudos!!!”

“Getting ready to move into our new home, we went to Jordan’s Furniture to browse but ended up buying several pieces due to the extraordinary guidance of our salesman, Jadon Miller. Jason was personable, patient, and understanding. We shared that we had a dog, so Jason introduced us to material that wouldn’t attract and hold dog fur. He even looked up our new property’s real estate listing which helped us choose appropriate pieces for the size of our rooms. We felt as though we had a personal interior designer working with us! Jason listened to us carefully and there was absolutely no pressure or rush to make a decision. We highly recommended Jordan’s Furniture to outfit your home! Thank you Jason Miller! Two years into our new home and decided we needed a new mattress. Back to Jordan’s in Warwick, RI! We were greeted in the sleep lab by Reese, welcoming and very knowledgeable! Taking the information gleaned from Bridget and asking pertinent questions, Reese had us try a few mattresses and pillows. He knows his stuff! We made our selections and are excited to get delivery next week. Reese was patient and encouraged us to take our time, asking us more sleep questions as we went along in the process of choosing the right mattress for us. Highly recommend Jordan’s Furniture and if you need a mattress, ask for Reese!”

“David Brown was amazing at helping us and other guests pick a temper-PEDIC at the same time. We came in while he was helping two different guest and his multitasking skills made us feel special and not ignored unlike other mattress stores that focus on one guest at a time. We enjoyed being able to pick our favorite mattress without feeling pressured into the most expensive one. I would definitely recommend going to this store because of David’s amazing customer service.”

“When I walked through the doors of the North Attleboro Store, I was greeted by Dana, who welcomed me. She asked if I needed any assistance, so we began to chat about what I was looking for. She guided me to the sleeper sofas, and began pointing out some possibilities, based on my specific criteria. Within 20 minutes, my purchase was made, and my delivery was scheduled. I was extremely satisfied with Dana's knowledge of furniture, and how she interacted with me. Very professional! I highly recommend her, and Raymour and Flanigan.”
