Went in and when I mentioned it was for charity, the owner asked me to pick an envelope from a basket, which would contain a discount. “The store manager at Rue21 Emerald Mall was AWESOMENESS at her finest this holiday season. I can't remember her name, but she went out of her way to ensure I had the best shopping experience in her store. She was a thin, but mature woman who knew her stuff :-). She even took the shirt I wanted (Betty Boop) off the manikin and sold it to me. At check out she reminded me of the current sale so I went to get another shirt, she then told me of some matching sweats. Of course I got them and told her to please let me go or else I'd buy the entire store. We laughed, she thanked me and I thanked her. It's Christmas today and my daughter LOVED the purchases I made there. Thank you for the excellent customer service!”

“J Crew is known for its quality craftsmanship and styles. We like to shop here, especially when they have really good sales. They usually have a nice sales section in the back and most of the time, they have 50-60% off extra on those sale items. I did not see anything that I liked, but I did check some of their pants and socks. Nice selecion. In 1989, J.Crew opened its first retail store, in South Street Seaport in downtown Manhattan..today there are hundreds of stores, mostly in the USA, but also in some international locales.”

Izzy also super impressed me by spelling my name correctly first try and signing me up for rewards. She’s a good listener. “Walking around Garden City, I saw the storefront for FatFace and I went inside to check the store out. They have a large selection of clothing for men, women and kids. As usual, the back of the store had some clearance items on display and I found many items that were marked 70% off.I saw this beautiful wool sweater that I knew my husband would like, so I purchased it at 70% off...what a great deal.There are many types of styles and fashions in here so there's pretty much something for anyone.FatFace, the corporation is a British lifestyle brand, based in Hampshire, with over 180 stores in the UK, 20 stores in the US and an engaged social community.The business was founded in 1988 in the French ski resort of Méribel by Tim Slade, a former policeman, and business graduate Jules Leaver. The pair bought T-shirts wholesale, had them printed with designs specific to the resort, and sold them to other skiers on the slopes - at first using the proceeds only to fund their own skiing. They spent the following years travelling to different ski resorts, where they continued to produce and sell ski and outdoor-related clothing. In 1993 they opened their first shop, on London's Fulham Road; they named it "FatFace" after the Face de Bellevarde slope in Val-d'Isère and the rest is history.”

“Even though I am not in my 20s or 30s, I still like to find good stuff at Aeropostale. They have some great polo shirts, jeans, shirts, etc. Also this is one of my niece Debbie's favorites stores, so whenever I see a good sale going on, I stop by.The store is a bit on the crowded side, but it's because they have so much merchandise they need to display, it's busy on the actual floor space as well as high up, with jeans and sweatshirts piled up high.The staff at the register are very nice and the process is pretty smooth.”
“It was surprising to find a big vintage store in the glorious downtown where you'd think there would be department stores and fashiony boutiques, but those must be somewhere else in the mixed up world of today (the mall?). The Vault gets big points from us for their tag descriptions of eras being actually accurate! How rare is that? Prices are okay. There is a section of more recent designer label ridiculousness if that interests you, but most of the stock when we visited was '50s-'90s I think, with some earlier and some later. Love to shop again but we don't live here. :(”
“Aldo's House of Formals is a great place to get a custom suit. I went to Aldo for my wedding suit, and the experience was great. Aldo talked me through the process of picking out fabrics, buttons, and even created a custom shirt to go along with the suit. After making my choices, Aldo had me in for various fittings to make sure the suit fit perfectly. The suit exceeded my expectations. 5 out of 5 Stars!”
“I stopped in while strolling my 5 month old on this gorgeous day! We love our Banana Republic so I had to stop in! Nina greeted us and she was so kind! Everyone at this store was kind and loved my son’s BR clothing! From the moment I walked in, to fitting room and checkout, it was all a great experience! “This is one of the best Hot Topic around. The Providence Place Mall is a very busy place, reminds me of the old malls where you can go and get the products in person. My daughter loves the variety that this hot topic provides. Alot of those Japanese anime stuff,to bands,to Pokémon products. Give it a try.”
