The practitioner was very quick in alleviating the patient's pain and was thorough in explaining the problem and providing assistance. The clinic was described as having a "very clean and inviting atmosphere" with friendly staff. While one patient noted some issues with the check-in system, the nurse practitioner they dealt with was praised for being "wonderful" and "thorough" in their efforts to help.
Went there for my Covid vaccine shot. My appointment was on time. The NP I had couldn’t have been nicer or more proficient.

Went there for given time was out in 10 minutes, waited another 10 for prescriptions. Flawless

I went there for a whooping cough vac. and was billed $95 because they put my ins. as BCBS MA when it is BCBS RI.They have no means of contacting them to correct it. I've tried calling their CS number a couple of times and was waiting over 30 mins. with no one answering the phone.
