They put calipers on backwards in the car my wife and kids use. Luckily we noticed before they failed. (have someone check there work if you do go there) they did refund / beware.

I staff there are very helpful and cautious with my vehicle due to having side skirts and front splitter.

Made appointment online for new tires. arrived for appointment to be told " won't be doing tires today the compressor has been down all day." Asked why there wasnt any notification, either with an email, call or text as this information was specifically asked for when appointment was made. I had recieved a confirmation email and text for appointment and service requested. I was met with "we don't even take online orders for tires". Showed the email with confirmation, tires ordered and appointment. Very frustrated with lack of communication, not frustrated that the compressor was not functioning as that is out of anyone's control. Just frustrated with the lack of customer service.
Addendum: clearly the owner of pepboys does not read their reviews in their entirety before responding. Their response does not match the review.

I had a good experience. I requested online for an appointment for 4 new tires. I arrived and the tires had been delivered and they were ready to replace my tires. I was treated with courtesy and respect. Very professional.

They really saved the day for me! My car has some issues that made it super difficult to do the work I needed, but they went out of the way to make it happen for me and my ride home was the the first enjoyable drive I've had in my car for months! I'm very appreciative and thanks go out to the friendly, knowledgeable and efficient crew at Pep Boys in Seekonk!!

Service was good, thou a bit pricey. When I got home I noticed that they had added a warranty with an additional charge. Was not happy with that.

Shopped online. Found well reviewed name brand tires on sale this week. After booking online, (seemed too easy to be true) I Phoned and confirmed availability with polite and helpful manager Becky. My appointment was for next morning. Arrived and met Hector, who installed my tires and Charles who cashed me out. Service was VERY courteous and professional, and communication was great. 4 tires installed on time and on budget by staff who really care for their customers. Keep up the good work, I'll be back!
AS PROMISED- I went back! Got another pair of tires installed on my commuter roller skate. The process was smooth, the staff very friendly and informative, and the price was right. I frequented this location 30 years ago and I'm glad they are still here. Manager Becky seems to lead with a great, positive attitude and that goes a long way with me. Hey Seekonk Pep Boys: thank you, and keep up the great work!
