I would never recommend this gun shop to my worst enemy. They did not have the gun in stock but with a deposit would order it. Stated it would be "several" months before it arrived. I called several times to see if they had an updated time frame, got voicemail never returned the call. Finally, after more than 6 months owner did call and we canceled the order but were informed we would lose most of the deposit as a "re-stocking" fee. Restock what? It had not arrived! Called the gun manufacturer and was informed they not only had stock of that model but they had only been backlogged about 6 WEEKS! Item was "ordered" in mid-June 2021 and I received a call it had finally "arrived" in early 2023!!!! 18 months later. It seems they neglected to cancel the order or more likely came across the paperwork & thought they had a live one. BTW a week after canceling found the exact same model in another shop and purchased it. Was told they had several more in stock.

I went here for the first time and I have to say I will definately be back ..dean is a wonderful guy and knowledgeable..its nice to go into a gun shop and feel welcomed.. not hurried out or ignored

Overall fantastic experience. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly and was quick to respond to emails and phone calls. You can tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. Just moved back to MA after 8 years of moving around in the military. It’s great seeing a successful veteran owned business and I will definitely be a returning customer!

Horrible service and extremely rude sales associate. Your allowed one question and you better make sure you show them a wad of money for them to treat you like a common human and not scum. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!
