I went in to pick up pure grace fragrance by Philosophy. On the Sephora website it is $54 for 2ounces and at Sephora in Kohl’s it is $64 for the same size product. I asked for a price adjustment and they would not honor it. They admitted to increase in prices because Kohl’s sets the price. Best advice. Don’t shop at Sephora in Kohl’s

Very poor customer service. I never come to this location at Kohl’s in Seekonk and I sure won’t be coming back.

I called looking for a specific product that is difficult to find. Someone told me they had it over the phone and would put it aside for me. I drove from over 30 minutes away, and even longer back with traffic, on the night of a Halloween party I’m going to. The product was essential for my costume and I just feel frustrated that my time was wasted. I ended up having to purchase a “similar” but lower quality product and they didn’t even bother offering a discount after they asked “how did this one work out instead?” And I told them “not great.” All I got from the worker, who seemed to be management, was “sorrry bout that!! :)) it’ll get better, just turn your night around!” … great advice …. Im giving 2 starts only because the employee who showed me the product I ended up purchasing was actually helpful.
