We went to Southcoast Urgent Care at 39 Commerce Way, Seekonk, Mass (in front of Target, TJ Maxx) yesterday. My daughter had lower groin/hip pain and we are traveling from California. The clinic and staff were excellent. My daughter is an older minor. I loved how they addressed her needs, spoke to her and swiftly cared for us. Check in was fast but were were only one of two patients. 2:30 pm seemed to be a perfect time to go. Office was very clean. Highly recommend. Thank you for your kindness and care while traveling ❤️?.

I've been to this urgent care a number of times and I've experienced nothing but compassion and concern for my health and well-being. The receptionist was kind upon my arrival and all the medical personnel were extremely caring and thorough. I am sorry to read negative reviews on this page as they don't deserve it. Don't hesitate to go there if you are not feeling well. They do the lab work and xrays right on the spot which is also a plus.

Set up online appt and friendly staff helped me..For the people that think that you just going to walk in there and get seen it takes a little while there's normally only one or two people. They do the best they can with the staff that they have.

Would *love* to be able to give this place a big ol’ zero.Came in because I was having some sciatica pain that would get a little better - and then got MUCH worse, to the point I couldn’t function and was starting to worry that my hip was broken or something.Turns out what I actually had was a herniated disc. And as I was walking through the door into the clinic - it slipped more and suddenly the pain was absolutely excruciating. (An MRI later confirmed this.)Everyone there pretty much looked at me like I was… I don’t know, crazy? Absurd? Annoying? Like it was really inconvenient that I had come there? They told me my they didn’t take my insurance, even though I had checked ahead of time and they were in network. And after the fact, I was reimbursed by my insurance. But I still had to pay $150 up front. The doctor that I dealt with was an ok human, friendly and kind - took an X-ray, and sent me home with some meds to help with the inflammation and some muscle relaxers. But every other member of the staff was just, horrible. Zero empathy. Zero kindness. I was in the worst pain of my life, and they made the experience even more agonizing. I had to get an Uber to take me home and had to ask if I could just stay in the exam room and lie on the table until they can because the only slightly comfortable position was lying down and hugging my knee to my chest. I could barely walk for the next several months and still have nerve damage. (Oh and no one even suggested that it might be a herniated disc, or that I should see about seeing a spine specialist or getting an MRI.)So yeah - this is not the place you want to go if you need any kind of healthcare.

The woman at the check-in desk is so lovely! Very kind, efficient and professional! This is the only urgent care I go to.

Great walk-in service with friendly staff. Wait times are displayed and accurate. Front desk help is courteous and respectful of your needs. Doctors and nurses move quickly and efficiently. Establishment is very clean.

I find the doctors, nurses, specialists etc here are really thorough and seem to diagnose well. The receptionist, however, is terrifyingly miserable and rude. Impatient, condescending, rolls her eyes, ignores you when you walk in….I could go on and on. I was scrolling through the reviews before I wrote this and saw that many have complained about her- sooooo, why is she still there?!?! She should not be working with the public, especially those who are in an “urgent care” facility-meaning they aren’t there by choice.

My doctor was not able to see me and referred me to their Seekonk Urgent Care. All the staff was excellent and I was seen and treated quickly. I do recommend making an online appointment.

Wouldn’t register my son even though the computer told me it would be over two hours till he was seen and I was physically there. Don’t understand why a sick kid has to sit there when we live five min away… have accurate time predictions or have a heart… Don’t get it.

I called this place about removing a foreign body(microchip) that was placed illegally by ICE agents Christopher Lege and Eric Ray. Together they had the clinician at CVS pharmacy in Cranston RI implant me with a flu shot. I tried to explain to the woman in charge that it was illegally done and they've been torturing and abusing me for five years with it to the point I've lost my farsighted vision. I also explained that Chris Lege was doing it because I no longer want to marry the lunatic after he's been ding a ling me for 11 yrs. It doesn't make sense that a man would do this to a woman. I believe he has a mental health condition and it needs to be addressed. He has something like an anti social personality disorder. She told me because I told her it was done by an ICE agent she couldn't remove it and she was very rude to me. I'm an American and If I were a threat to the American people I wouldn't be walking around so freely I would probably be in a locked up room or imprisioned. I think this woman doesn't have the brains to think of the situation. If she were being abused would she want the medical field to treat her the same way? So I will be writing to the senators and congressman for that area and letting them know that they refused me help and they're an accessory to assault and battery with a deadly weapon. I would just like to move on with my life and be free of him. Shame on you Southcoast Urgeant Care.Denise

Went to this location since it is kinda close to my house. I’ve been struggling with my asthma since moving to NE and did not have a refill on my inhaler.Online the wait time said much longer so I went hoping I could get in faster and luckily I was able. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant despite the fact that she was just covering since they were short staffed. There was only one PA as well but I was seen quickly. It was also a nice surprise that the male PA actually listened to my concerns which is rare when you’re a woman. He also took the time to make sure I could address any other concerns that I may have had.The only con to the visit is they say online that they partner with the VA but had issues inputting my insurance. That was likely only due to the fact that the woman at the front was covering and possibly not as well versed with the insurance system.

They charge you just to talk to someone. Then you receive several other bills later. One of them is just to have a PA, not even a dr., to mis diagnose you. What a waste of time and money.

Receptionist and nurse were really nice and helpful. Unfortunately the doctor would not listen to me when I explained what I believed to be wrong (anemia). The entire time it seemed like the doctor did not want to have anything to do with me and was finding any reason possible to discharge me as soon as possible. The doctor ignored what I told her, my symptoms, and medical history and decided a medication I have been taking for 3+ years must be the problem and refused to do blood work. They discharged me without doing anything. (A month later I finally got in with my PCP to get the blood work done, which confirmed everything I thought was wrong.) This facility did not help me, charged me for the visit, and delayed my treatment for over a month. Would not recommend.

All the staff was very considerate and professional. However, I was in the waiting area for over three hours, which was ridiculous and very irritating when one is not feeling well! Thankfully, once seen, I felt I got good care and attention. I may consider visiting again should the need arise, but NEVER, EVER during flu season!

Took my son here for a broken arm at the start of Covid. Really great staff. They do xrays Onsite so it saved us a trip to the hospital (still had to go to a specialist, but they set that up for us). More recently I took my father in law, who was visiting for the holidays, here. Staff was again wonderful and extremely helpful. They brought him into a room right away.
